Labour: high productivity (2-3 times<br />

normal), employer will take notice<br />

Success Manufacture: see below for item quality<br />

Labour: good productivity, gets the job<br />

done<br />

Failure Manufacture: -1 from item quality<br />

Labour: mediocre productivity; not bad<br />

enough to warrant firing, but<br />

performance is expected to improve<br />

Botch Manufacture: -2 from item quality and a<br />

tool may break<br />

Labour: poor productivity and numerous<br />

errors will lead to dismissal if not<br />

corrected immediately<br />

Fumble Manufacture: nothing is produced, a<br />

tool may break, and materials are ruined<br />

Labour: terrible performance and big<br />

mistakes lead to immediate dismissal,<br />

and possible injury if job is dangerous<br />

depends on the number of skill mastery levels:<br />

• Skilled: Common quality items<br />

• Mastery +10: Good quality items<br />

• Mastery +20: Best quality items<br />

Labour: A Labour test may be made once/day or<br />

once/week at GM’s discretion. Under normal<br />

conditions labourers should receive a +20 or +30<br />

bonus when working within their trade. A test is<br />

not necessary if the worker is very familiar with<br />

his/her job (e.g. same farm for 2+ years, making<br />

clothing from a familiar pattern etc.)<br />

Ventriloquism (Fellowship - Advanced)<br />
