a. Open the Moon image by<br />

clicking on the “Open” file icon<br />

in the upper left corner <strong>of</strong> your screen:<br />

“craters000314.fts” and open it.<br />

You should see the image shown at<br />

right. The circular features are craters—<br />

places where objects have violently<br />

slammed into the Moon.<br />
