$50 apiece.
Single Bus Cells
GaSb substrate – 0.65 mm thick
Evaporated silver metal front and back
Grid width = 0.0163 mm
Grid spacing = 0.102 mm
Active area = 1.48 cm 2
Bond pads = 1.14 x .89 mm
Standard Mounted Cells
We also sell standard mounted cells as shown below for $250.00. These dual
bus cells are bonded to a metallic heat spreader and have Teflon® coated lead
wires to simplify assembly into a test system.
