WP Leader: TMG<br />
Description of work<br />
This work package will focus on knowledge transfer primarily among project participants<br />
with involvement of external experts. Some of the knowledge transfer activities will be<br />
available to public and can be considered as dissemination activities as well. Research<br />
workshops and semina<strong>rs</strong> will be organized and the DiaMus Excellence Award will be<br />
established to honor the best achievements.<br />
T1.1 Development of applications of interest, in six AWS (TL: TMG) – The details of the<br />
six different applications will be developed, and a workshop will be held during M1 or M2 in<br />
Ljubljana and will be hosted by TMG Slovenia, to present the results. Agenda for the fi<strong>rs</strong>t<br />
workshop is as follows:<br />
Presentation of each partner’s research activities and research results.<br />
Tutorial on system approach to medical-diagnostics by Srdjan Djordjevic<br />
Overview of complex medical diagnostics related research and projects funded by the NSF,<br />
by an US expert to be determined<br />
Research on WSN senso<strong>rs</strong> and acto<strong>rs</strong> and mobile sensing platforms in medical diagnostics<br />
will be presented by an invited expert speaker to be determined.<br />
The second activity will be a seminar held in Belgrade, Serbia, in M4 or M5. The theme of<br />
the seminar is Elaboration of the AWs for typical Use-Case in Networked Medical Analysis.<br />
Location: Belgrade, Serbia. Topics that should be elaborated (but not limited to) are:<br />
Overview of the generated results<br />
Senso<strong>rs</strong> and acto<strong>rs</strong> generated data in medicine (WSN)<br />
Internet generated data in medicine (INT)<br />
Acquisition of products data in medicine (PD)<br />
Services data in medicine (SV)<br />

Novel ideas (NI)<br />
Tutorials and lectures will be given by researche<strong>rs</strong> from the project partne<strong>rs</strong> and external<br />
experts. Additional ex-project membe<strong>rs</strong> active in this field will be invited as well. Main<br />
aspects of the deliverable are: Details of functionalities of chosen applications. Development<br />
of requirement specifications. Adve<strong>rs</strong>ities of use cases. Indications for QoL, QoS, and RoS<br />
paramete<strong>rs</strong>.<br />
T1.2 Definition of CSP and EPP paramete<strong>rs</strong> to monitor (TL: TMG) – Definition of<br />
paramete<strong>rs</strong> of importance for CSP and EAP. Definitions will be created to support the six<br />
applications of interest.<br />
