I find it amusing that almost everyone on these message boards is attempting to disguise their identity. 

I especially find it amusing that Gary Weiss, who failed his high school biology regents examination and was forced to 

attend summer school, is such an internet maven that he is disguising his identitiy through various sobriquets. 

When I sued Gary Weiss in court, Weiss swore under oath that he resigned from BusinssWeek on 31 July 2004. In his 

book, Wall Street Versus America, Weiss boasted that he had resigned from BusinessWeek in May 2004. 

Weiss either lied in his book or committed perjury in an affidavit, which was entered into the court record. 

Are the other individuals on this message board also lying. 

And I have a question for Sammy Antar. 

I was told by one of your relatives that your beloved brother, Eddie "Crazy Eddie" Antar had sent approximately 

$20,000 into the United States for a bat mitzvah. 

If this is true someone has recived money, which was meant for investors. 

And anti-money laundering statutes might have been violated. 

Furthermore, federal tax laws were probably violated. I was told that no taxes were paid on this money. 

So, if you are a reformed felon, why do you not report this crime to the United States?

As a former market maker at the American Stock Exchange, I must correct Susan Antilla, who apparently is a great 

friend of Gary Weiss. 

Susan, there is no delivery of stock certificates when an individual borrows stock. It is merely an electronic journal 

entry. 

When I was a trader, I once had a discussion with a senior vice president of a major clearing firm and he stated that 

the borrowed shares are not physically delivered, it is just a journal entry. 

And please remember that the individual, who borrows the stock, pays the brokerage house a fee for borrowing stock. 

If an individual does not wish his stock to be lended out, the individual must merely inform the brokerage house and 

state that he does not wish the stock to be loaned. 

You know that. So, why did you attempt to deceive individuals by mentioning the physical delivery of stock, when you 

know that the stock certificates are electronically transferred. 

I advise you to read my lawsuit and related papers about Weiss. 

I have already provided you with information, which proves that Weiss lied on numerous occasions. So, why do yo 

provide cover for a liar.

I do not know the identity of hangman coming, but he is obviously a friend of Gary Weiss or Weiss himself because 

only somoene fitting this description could be proud of his lck of knowledge. 

The Office of the Monmouth County Prosecutor knows that the Russian Mob murdered Al Chalem and Maier 

Lehmann. The New York Times reported extensively on this matter. It is only those indiviudals, such as Gary Weiss, 

who have aluminum caps and receive messages from outer space, who attributed the murders of Chalem and 

Lehmann to the Russian Mob. 

Weiss even knows individuals, who invested in the stock frauds of Al Chalem and Maier Lehmann. Especially former 

members of the American Stock Exchange. Of course, they were not memebers of hte Italian Mafia. 

Weiss wished to publish a book about the Italian Mafia and Wall Street. So Weiss falsely attributed the murders of 

Chalem and Lehmann to the Italian Mafia. 

If Weiss has specific information, he should contact the Office of the Monmouth County Prosecutor. 

If not Weiss can maintain his stance and hide behind false identities. 

Weiss is such a genius that he could not understand that Xcelera (XLA)was a stock fraud. Weiss refused to investigate 

XLA even after I had provided him with information that the stock was being manipulated. 

I was a market maker at the American Stock Exchange- as Weiss and his buddies know. The DTCC never employed 

me. 

So, you are very stupid.

Gary did not study Latin. Gary is a Latin-language ignoramus, form Latin ignorare. Weiss attempts to utilize Latin 

expressions, Weiss but has no knowledge of Latin. 

His knowledge of Latin is less than his knowledge of Biology- and Weiss failed the Biology Regents examination.

It is illegal to wire in excess of $20,000 to the United States and not have it reported. (This is the bank's crime- so it

I know Gary Weiss. Gary Weiss does not know much about trading and clearing. 

Weiss knows even less about accounting. Weiss does not know how to read a balance sheet and income statement. 

Weiss merely receives information from shorts and then regurgitates the information. 

The only bookkeeping that Weiss knows is that Weiss knows how to submit false expense account vouchers- which 

Weiss did at BusinessWeek.

I recently read a diatribe, which was authored by Gary Weiss. 

I suggest that anyone, who believes that Weiss is an honest person, read my comments on antisocialmedia.net. 

Gary Weiss was forced to resign from BusinessWeek in May 2004 because Weiss lied in an article and stated that I 

was not the source of information for the sections of the article, Scandal On Wall Street, concerning illegal trading by 

specialists and price fixing in options. 

Weiss lied in an article, A Message From The Mob, when Weiss attributed the murders of Al Chalem and Maier 

Lehmann to the Italian Mafia, when Weiss knew that Chalem and Lehmann had been murdered by the Russian Mob. 

Nothing like a little bit of ethnic smearing (verbal ethnic cleansing) to sell a book. 

Weiss lied about two murders- and the killers are free because of Weiss's lies. 

I have read many statements by Patrick Byrne- and at least he has not lied about two murders. 

And Byrne has not committed perjury in an affidavit. 

Nor has Byrne attempted to have a female reporter deported to Kazakhstan because his wife desired her position. 

Weiss would not know the truth if it hit him in his unprepossessing face.

Sorry, but Jim Cramer does care about his hedgie friends. 

In 2000 Dan Colarusso of TheStreet.com uncovered, with my assistance of course, a huge price fixing scandal in the 

Exchnange Traded Funds, specifically, the SPY, IVY, IVV and QQQ. Colarusso, to his credit, had sources other than 

me and my friends. So, Colarusso knew that price fixing was the rule. 

The article never ran because Goldman Sachs and Spear Leeds and Kellogg were fixing prices in the SPY. Goldman 

was front running cusotmer orders in the SPY and the QQQ. 

Furthermore, there was price collussion in the SPY and, I believe, the IVV. 

The specialist in the IVV, a graduate of Duke, even mentioned in my presence that Goldman favored an electronic 

exchange so that Goldman could trade with impunity against its customers' orders. (The fellow was limping at the time. 

He had sprained his ankle.) 

So. do never believe that Cramer has your interests at heart. 

And please explain to me why no one uses their real name- except for a few exceptional cases.

Whenever I post on Yahoo and mention his name, Weiss complains to Yahoo. 

Weiss was forced to resign from BusinessWeek because Weiss lied about me. Weiss wrote in a separate article that I 

was not the source of information for the options price fixing and illegal trading by specialists sections of the article, 

Scandal On Wall Street.

But what about the money Eddie Antar made shorting the stock of Crazy Eddie in offshore accounts. 

That was another hundred million dollars. 

Is Sam Antar still friendly with Ed Antar? 

Some say no. 

But how many individuals in Sam's synagogue lost money investing in Crazy Eddie stock. 

Many years ago, sources at the synagogue told me that no one from the synagogue lost money. Just some poor fools.

It provides the different views of a rape. 

So, let me tell you what happened in the Elmhurst Public Library. 

On Sunday a pervert grabbed a young Chinese girl and then kissed her. The girl was upset. The librarian told her to 

write a report. 

The girl asked me how to spell the word, staring. She then related to me what had occurred- a male, approximately 30 

years of age, had grabbed her; touched her; and, kissed her. 

So I asked if the pervert were still in the library. 

The 15 year-old girl replied, No. But the girl stated that she was afraid. I told her not to be afraid and that I would call 

the police. 

The police came. She related the terrifying incident to the police. The officer asked me if I had seen the perpetrator. 

I replied: No, you would be arresting me if I had seen him. 

Well, the next day the pervert came to the library. The pervert saw the young girl. He touched her arm and stated that 

he would take her to his apartment and they could have sex. 

The girl walked away. The teenager told a librarian. The police came. 

When the pervert was handcuffed he was saying in a soft voice: 

"I didn't do anything wrong. Why am I handcuffed? Etc." 

So in the movie the rapist thought that the woman had invited him to have sex with her. 

There is false, malicious, and evil deception. Then there is truth. 

And for your information- by smearing my name, Gary Weiss protected a confessed serial rapist. Just so that he could 

lie about two murders and publish a book- which bombed. 

Weiss is evil made flesh.

BusinessWeek, Weiss was writing about the lies of Jayson Blair. But Jayson Blair never lied about murder. Weiss is a 

racist, who believes in the inferiority of African-Americans. 

Weiss is so twisted that he can only feel comfortable with scam artists. 

The Hag is like Weiss, if not Weiss, a total coward.

Wall Street, which sections exposed illegal trading by specialists and option price fixing. I was the source for these 

sections and once I wrote letters to the IRE Journal, the IRE Journal forwarded these letters to BusinessWeek. 

BusinessWeek then forced Weiss to resign for lying in articles. 

So "Putzhead" Weiss, to use a term restated by Al D'Amato, was out of a job. 

Weiss lied to protect himself. 

But the motives go to religion. 

Al Chalem and Maier Lehmann were murdered by the Russian Mob, which is composed of Russian Jews. 

Weiss attributed the murders to the Italian Mafia, not only so that he could publish a book. There was a more powerful 

motive. Weiss despises Christians and feels compelled to the point of mania to cover up any crime by Jews. That is 

the truth. 

Furthermore, Stephen Shepard and Seymuor Zucker knowinlgy permitted these lies. 

Weiss smeared my name, not only in the article but to anyone who spoke to him. 

So, I cannot hold Judd responsible for accepting Weiss's lies. That was Weiss's purpose. 

If you notice, in Weiss's latest book there is no mention of the Scandal On Wall Street article. NO mention of the 

American Stock Exchange scandals. And the only reference to the NYSE scandal is his chapter on Dominick Amoroso. 

Now, Amoroso is a moron. Amoroso lost his case because he alienated me. I posess correspondence between me 

and the NYSE, which correspondence would have exonerated Amoroso's client, D'Alessio. 

But Amoroso is like all attorneys. They wish to win and gain all the credit. 

I told Weiss that I would sue Weiss if he utilized any information that I had provided to him. 

Weiss is a real scummer. And he is financially ignorant.

York Stock Exchange, Weiss would have written the article. 

Weiss attempted to make me look unstable in Offering Credence. 

Furthermore, Weiss smeared my name to publishers and book agents, who contacted him. 

I believe that you know Weiss and are friendly with him. 

Incidentally, honest professional traders are against "naked shorting." Why? you obviously know nothing of the great 

"bear raids," which drove down stock prices in the 1930's. 

You also know nothing of the crash of 1987. 

So please, no more ignorance.

Believe it or not the police told me to sue Weiss and McGraw-Hill because Weiss had lied to the police. 

Just one blatant example. Weiss and McGraw-Hill, in the form of Pritchard, stated that they had no picture of me. Yet, 

a picture of me is in the article, Scandal On Wall Street. 

Other examples: 

Weiss did not tell the police that we had spoken on more than 100 occasions. 

Weiss told the police that I was unhappy with an article about the American Stock Exchange. 

Weiss stated that I had never called him on his cell phone. Yet, Weiss did not have a cell phone during our business 

relationship. 

There are just so many more lies by Weiss that anyone, who trusts Weiss, is a fool. 

The police stated that I was set up. 

Don't worry. BusinessWeek covered up the murders of Al Chalem and Maier Lehmann.

Weiss did not interview Warren Sulmasy, President of Harbor Securities. 

Weiss did not interview Michael Frayler, Chalem's friend and bodyguard. Frayler maintained Chalem's computer 

records, especially the stock trades. 

Weiss did not inteview Al Santamaria, who broke with Sulmasy over money. 

Weiss did not interview anyone from Pax Securities. Representatives of Pax asked me about the $4 million that was 

stolen by Harbor Securities.

In 1999 Gary Weiss and I spoke to an investsor, who owned 4% of Enzo Biochem. 

Enzo never moved, but so many individuals were short Enzo that the company released some news and the stock 

moved. 

Someone then passed along some information to Gene Marcial. Marcial ran a little story. A real short squeeze ensued. 

Enzo shot up more than $50. 

I then telephoned the individual, who owned 4% of Enzo. I told him to get out. The stock went to $130 and he was 

trading with abandon. 

I said sell. He replied: The stock is going to $300. 

Where is Enzo now? 

The lesson to be learned is that if enough people are short a stock, the stock can rally and bury the shorts. 

So pay attention. 

And please no nonsense like Sammy. 

By the way Sammy, remember that I was wired by the FBI and the FBI does not trust me. Nor does the SEC. 

So, why do you not ask the SEC what I am doing.

Difficult to follow, so please try. 

Wornom had picked me up at the request of Joel Lovett on the basis of an unsigned complaint. Note: There is no such 

thing as an unsigned complaint. 

I referred Wornom to FBI Agent Joseph Yastremski. 

Wornom refused to contact the FBI. 

I did not wish to reveal everything to Wornom. The reason: Evan Lovett, the son of Joel Lovett, told several of my 

friends that Morgenthau (Wornom's boss) was doing a favor for the AMEX. 

Wornom asked me about the rapes. 

I knew that Wornom wished the names of the victims. I referred Wornom to the FBI. 

The reason I stated that Wornom was purposely misled was: 

Barbara Mangan, the sword swallower, had already visited Wornom. Mangan had said something about me. (I was 

informed of this by the FBI. But they were not told what Mangan had stated.) 

Note: Mangan, a real nut case who once faked her own engagement to Billy Exiner, volunteered and stated that she 

had never been assaulted by Robert Van Caneghan. But Mangan had been assaulted in her apartment. Mangan used 

this information to extract money from the firm of Miceli-VanCaneghan in a wrongful termination suit. The FBI was 

aware of this. 

Wornom asked me where the victims were raped. 

I asked Wornom what the penalty was for sexual assault. 

Wornom then telephoned the AMEX and stated that: Manfredonia had never spoken to any of the victims. No 

penetration had occurred. 

You must understand. Robert Van Caneghan had already admitted to the rapes and sexual assaults. I was informed of 

this by a governor and several individuals, who were partners with various governors. 

Wornom knew that the women had been raped. 

I told Wornom that Robert Van Caneghan had admitted to the Board of Governors of the American Stock Exchange 

that he (Van Caneghan) had raped his female employees. 

I misled Wornom because I knew that he was cooperating with the American Stock Exchange. 

The key is that I had never told Wornom that the women had not been raped. Wornom assumed that I had said that 

the women had not been raped because I asked for the statute of limitations for sexual assault. 

The purpose was to prove that Robert Morgenthau, Manhattan District Attorney, was cooperating with the American 

Stock Exchange in covering up the rapes. And that is what was going on. 

You must understand that when I was threatened with a bullet by Alan Umbria, a front man for the Italian Mafia, AUSA 

Fragos referred me to the Manhattan District Attorney and instructed me to give the Assistant District Attorney her 

card. The ADA refused to see me. He sent me to some office- where the individual ripped up AUSA Fragos's card. 

AUSA Frances Fragos then sent FBI Special Agent Yastremski to pick up Umbria. 

AUSA Fragos told me that Morgenthau was protecting the AMEX because of Arthur Levitt. 

So, I already knew that Morgenthau and Wornom were protecting the AMEX. 

That is why I did not provide Wornom with the names of the victims. I wished to know what Morgenthau would tell the 

AMEX. 

But I did tell Wornom that if he wished to know the names of the victims, Wornom could ask the FBI. 

It may be hard to follow, but I was following the instructions of the FBI and the United States Attorney.

By the way, everyone believes me- except the individuals on the message boards. Even Weiss knows that I am not 

lying, but Weiss must lie in order to protect himself. Everything that I have said has been confirmed by Weiss. That is 

why Weiss said: alleged sexual assaults in the article, Scandal On Wall Street.

But 95% of the discussion has nothing to do with Overstock. I have talked about short sales. I have discussed that 

some people never borrow the stock and that the brokerage houses do not care. 

I talked about the puts and some crossed trades. 

But I have stated one important fact: Gary Weiss shall do everything possible to make certain that Overstock failswhether 

Overstock is a viable company or not. 

All I read about Overstock is a bunch of mumbo-jumbo by people, who seem to foretell the future by reading duck 

entrails. 

I never read a decent financial analysis. 

And then there are the real morons, who apologize for Gary Weiss- even though these individuals know that Weiss is a 

liar, a thief, and a perjurer. 

And as for the 12 year old cases. If Weiss had not smeared my name, a serial rapist would have gone to jail; the killers 

of Al Chalem and Maier Lehmann would have been apprehended; money laundering would have suffered a huge 

defeat; and the public would not have been cheated out of tens of billions of dollars. Al of this would have occurred if 

Weiss had not smeared my name and lied about me. 

That is why I call Tam a fool, etc. Tam is a fool. There is no way to apologize for Weiss for Weiss is truly an evil 

person. 

And by the way, Weiss and I discussed Judaism on many occasions. And this I can say truthfully: Weiss would have 

turned Jews over to the Gestapo to save himself. 

While Tam, bwa ya tembo, criticizes me, Tam the scam conveniently forgets that when Louis Miceli called for the 

extermination of the Jews, I was the only individual to tell Miceli that he was crazy. Arthur Levitt refused to fine Miceli 

because Levitt wished to cover up the incident. 

But what I would like to add is that Judd is right about Mark Rich. Americans have died because Mark Rich sold Iranian 

oil. 

And Zug, Switzerland is the money laundering capital of the world. That is where the arms merchants deposit their 

money, as do the other merchants of death- the diamond dealers, whose lust for money and diamonds has led to 

armless Africans. 

So while Tam the pud lectures me about Weiss, Tam the pud is covering for the sins of Weiss- which include covering 

up murder, rape, narcotics smuggling, money laundering, etc. 

And, Scipio, even if the cases are 12 years old, the truth must be known. In this instance the truth is more important 

than Overstock. 

I just do not like rapists and drug dealers.

It is the major clearing houses that set the capital requirements, which hedge funds must maintain in their clearing 

account. 

Do not be surprised that many hedge funds are not required to maintain any capital balances in their hedge fund 

accounts. 

Several years ago Goldman Sachs published a document, which stated that Goldman Sachs Execution & Clearing 

LLC needed to maintain a minimum amount of capital to process trades for clearing hedge funds- $49 million. 

I believed that Goldman earned $2.2 billion that year from clearing. 

The SEC has no idea what such low capital requirements can do. 

Just think Long Term Capital Management. The confluence of events, which put LTCM out of business, do not occur 

every hundred years. These events occur regularly.

Sam Antar likes to scream anti-Semite when he is confronted with his own vile and odious racism. The friends of Eddie 

Antar did not lose money in Crazy Eddie- and I have stated that I was informed of this by members of Antar's Orthodox 

synagogue. 

So according to Gary Weiss and Sam Antar, the members of the synagogue who provided me with this information, 

are anti-Semitic. 

Now let us examine Gary Weiss's ties with the Russian Mob. Weiss lied about the murders of Al Chalem and Maier 

Lehmann. Weiss lied and stated that they were murdered by the Italian Mafia, when Weiss knew that the Russian Mob 

had murdered Chalem and Lehmann. 

So the question to ask is this: With Weiss's ties to the Russian Mob, which ties consist of Weiss lying to protect the 

identities of the murderers of Al Chalem and Maier Lehmann, and Sam Antar's smearing of my name to protect Eddie 

Antar's money laundering activities, is the Russian Mob short Overstock and are Sam Antar and Gary Weiss protecting 

the Russian Mob as Weiss has done in the past?

Remember Weiss has assisted short players in the past by publishing articles about the stocks so that the shorts could 

recoup their losses. 

Could this be another attempt by Weiss to assist short players?

Yes, I lost the lawsuit. A defamation lawsuit is almost impossible to win. A retired judge I know told me that the lawsuit 

cost McGraw-Hill over $1 million to defend. 

But if you read through my court filings, you shall readily determine that Weiss committed numerous instances of 

perjury, which is why I have stated that Weiss is a perjurer. 

Not only that, but I have proved that Weiss committed tax fraud. When Weiss stole the money from BusinessWeek by 

submitting false invoices, Weiss neglected to pay taxes on the money that he stole. 

But Weiss had to commit perjury to win his lawsuit. 

And Weiss even boasted that he committed perjury. 

Weiss swore in an affidavit that he was an employee of McGraw-Hill until 31 July 2004. I stated that Weiss had been 

forced to resign in June 2004. 

In his turgid and constipated book, Weiss wrote: When I resigned from McGraw-Hill in May 2004 .... 

So, it is proved that Weiss committed perjury. 

Then Weiss's attorneys committed perjury because they swore that Weiss resigned on July 31, 2004. 

I do not lie- as I have explained to convicted felon, Sam the Scam, aka stock fraud artist. And by the way, Sam the 

Scam never provided the SEC with a list of Eddie Antar's friends, who made money shorting the stock with the 

knowledge that Crazy Eddie was a fraud. 

But Weiss is der Ubermensch, who is not bound by either the laws of God or the laws of man. (Neither is Sam Antar, 

the phony reformed felon.) 

If you read all the court filings, you will see a pattern of lies and deception by Weiss and his attorneys. 

Remember it was Detective Friscia, who told me to sue Weiss. 

Nobody likes Weiss- especially his former mentor at BusinessWeek, Stephen Shepard.

A primary reason for Gary Weiss's hatred of Overstock is the animus, which Weiss has for individuals of Irish descent. 

Weiss exhibited this vile hatred during my investigation of the Oakford Scandal at the New York Stock Exchange. 

Based on my taped conversations with Bill Killeen, Weiss authored an article, A Street Scandal That May Not Die. 

Weiss stated that he was happy that the article, A Street Scandal That May Not Die, resulted in longer prison 

sentences for Bill Killeen. Weiss explained that he had problems with Irish youths while growing up in the Bronx- and 

not most assuredly as a Navy brat as he has stated. Note: Weiss's father was hard at work in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, 

while many other Americans were collecting purple hearts or their families receiving visits notifying them that their 

loved ones had died fighting for America. 

Patrick Byrne is Irish. And this in large part accounts for Weiss's irrational and vile hatred of Overstock. 

As for pig's blood, even my non-practicing Jewish friends, Anton, Freddy, Steve, etc., do not eat pork, let alone pig's 

blood. As Sam Antar, another racist, knows there are biblical prohibitions against both eating pork and eating blood. 

So, for Weiss, a self-proclaimed cultural Jew, consuming pig's blood is inexcusable. Much less enjoying this religious 

and cultural taboo. 

But Weiss is a fraud and a liar. 

So, why would you give credence to Weiss- when Weiss is obviously a religious and ethnic bigot-as well as a racist. 

Weiss despises Christians and feels the same way about Mormons.

OK, I am the only person, who writes on this message board, who is:

If Mark Cuban, a billionaire whose credit rating is extraordinary, could only borrow 20,000 shares of Overstock to sell 

short, where are all the short shares coming from. 

it is simple the prime brokers, who clear for hedge funds, such as Goldman Sachs, Bear Sterns, etc. are just permitting 

hedge funds to sell Overstock short without purchasing the stock. 

I do not believe that the morons, who attack me, especially Gary Weiss, Sam Antar and their mignons, understand this 

fact. 

In essence the prime brokers are creating stock in Overstock- stock that is sold short. 

As a former market maker, I can explain that derivatives, puts and calls, are created and this impacts the number of 

shares. 

Thus, if a stock is at $20 and I sell two calls with a delta of .5, I am neutral. But if the stock should advance rapidly to 

$25 and I do not cover by either purchasing stock, calls, etc., there is theoretically more stock. 

This is not a difficult concept. 

Usually everything balances out. 

The big exception was the run up in EnzoBiochem, which ran up to $130 because so many traders were short Enzo. 

Not only that but by planting an aritlce with Gene Marcial of BusinessWeek the feeding frenzy was similar to pirhanas 

eating a pig. 

So, stop being fools and try to understand what I am saying. 

This is not a difficult concept.

Tam, er Weiss, adds up the total amount of money for which I sued McGraw-Hill, Weiss, et alia and mirabile dictu 

(ablative absolute) comes up with $85 million, which Weiss then attributes to the NYPD. 

So Weiss brings up terrorism. One has nothing to do with the other-as weiss the scheiss knows. 

Tam, who is not Irish and hates individuals of Irish descent, believes that the police should not be sued for the murder 

of Sean Bell because it would detract from the NYPD's fight against terrorism. 

Weiss was a putzhead. Weiss used the political might of McGraw-Hill to have me illegally harassed. The police did not 

like this. 

The police were annoyed with the lies of Weiss and told me to sue. 

But that is the way Weiss is. He harasses Overstock. Weiss talks of cyber-stalking, yet Weiss has done his own cyberstalking. 

And by the way, Sam "The Ant" Antar is always screaming about how honest he is, yet Sam "The Ant' had no problem 

going to a bat mitzvah paid for by Cray Eddie Antar. Sam "The Ant" attacks Overstock, yet he does not prepare a 

financial analysis. 

My analysis of Goldman Sachs was on target. The article was factual. 

What do Weiss and Sam "The Ant" add to any discussion. Nothing. 

No facts. No new methods to examine Overstock, etc. 

Weiss speaks of terrorism. Yet, what about filing false papers with the State Department? 

Weiss and Sam Antar have a strange way of being Americans. They do not condemn Marc Rich. Not one word. And 

Marc Rich funds the murders of young Americans.

Weiss is boasting that he committed tax fraud. 

Weiss misappropriated tens of thousands of dollars from BusinessWeek by sumbitting false expense account 

vouchers. Weiss did not pay taxes on the purloined funds. 

Weiss's alter ego, tam the sham, is now boasting that he perpetrated tax fraud. 

At least my complaint is easier to read than the prose in his turgid tomes. 

What a fool. 

The albatross is leaving its huge pile of waste on Weiss's head to better fertilize Weiss's mind. 

Ask his wife is he's dead meat and if there are signs of life with Viagra.

Gary Weiss once again gets caught with his foot in his mouth and the fecal matter of an albatross on his head dripping 

down unto his outstretched tongue. 

As Weiss knows, it was Sidney Schanberg, a writer for the Village Voice, who stated that Morgenthau does not 

prosecute his friends. Schanberg even brought up the fact that Morgenthau did not prosecute Abbie Hoffman, who had 

been hiding for many years. Schanberg also stated that he was Hoffman's cousin. 

Morgenthau does not arrest and prosecute his friends. 

Joel Lovett was the Vice Chairman of the American Stock Exchange. Joel Lovett was involved with the Russian Mob 

when the Russians and Al Chalem took over Harbor Securities. 

Joel Lovett was nominally a Jew. But Lovett had one problem. Lovett had tattoos festooned on his body. Joel Lovett 

was proud of his tattoos and his brain-dead son, Evan. 

So, when Lovett wanted me illegally harassed, Joel Lovett, whose son was involved with the Russian Mob, visited 

Robert "Tzaddik" Morgenthau. 

Joel Lovett boasted, and his son repeated to me, that Joel Lovett didn't have to pay off Morgenthau to have me 

harassed. Morgenthau did it as a favor. 

Weiss knows the story is true. And Weiss has the proof that Joel Lovett and his son were involved with the Russian 

Mob. But Weiss did not wish to write about the Russian Mob and the murders of Al Chalem and Maier Lehmann. 

Weiss does not write about the Russian Mob because the Russian Mob is Jewish. 

Now Weiss is getting desperate. 

Morgenthau does not prosecute Jews. And Weiss does not write about the Russian Mob. 

Furthermore as Weiss knows all too well, Maier Lehmann ran his stock frauds out of his Orthodox Askenazic 

synagogue on Long Island. 

Now follow closely. 

Seymour Zucker was Gary Weiss's editor at BusinessWeek. 

Feivel Gottlieb is a personal friend of Seymour Zucker. Feivel Gottlieb provided financial information to Seymour 

Zucker. Zucker traded on the information that Gottlieb gave to Zucker. Stephen Shepard even permitted Zucker to 

trade stocks and options during business hours- which was forbidden to the goyim. 

Feivel Gottlieb belonged to the same synagogue as Maier Lehmann. Feievel Gottlieb invested and earned millions in 

the stock frauds of Maier Lehmann. 

Maier Lehmann's stock frauds were run out of his synagogue. Lehmann came from a long line of rabbis, but Lehmann 

turned to stock fraud. 

Currently Feivel Gottlieb and Marvin Farbowitz, both former members of the American Stock Exchange, are involved in 

certain antics together. 

Gottlieb knows the identity of Lehmann's killers. 

Why does Weiss not interview Feivel Gottlieb concerning the murder of Maier Lehmann? 

Or here is something better. 

Michael Frayler was Al Chalem's friend. Michael Frayler was Chalem's de facto bodyguard. Michael Frayler was 

present at the meeting between Joe Logan, Al Chalem and some Russians. 

But more importantly Frayler maintained the records on Chalem's computer. 

Yet, Weiss has refused to interview Frayler concerning the murders of Al Chalem and Maier Lehmann. 

Weiss does not wish to expose the identities of the murderers of Al Chalem and Maier Lehmann. 

Weiss is a racist and wishes to falsely attribute the murders of Al Chalem and Maier Lehmann to the Italian Mafia and

not to the Russian Mob, which is Jewish. 

Weiss and Morgenthau both lie. 

And Morgenthau has refused to prosecute Michael Bressler, a disbarred attorney, who has stolen hundreds of 

thousands of dollars from his clients. Bressler, who was the subject of three articles in the New York Post, has 

continued to practice law. 

Robert Morgenthau has refused to prosecute Bressler- even though the Disciplinary Committee of the First Appellate 

Division sent Tzaddik Morgenthau a letter, which requested that Morgenthau prosecute Bressler. 

So, Weiss nobody lies- just you. 

Weiss committed perjury, which is a felony. Judge Michael D. Stallman, Judge Mickey D., permitted the perjury. 

Read the court filings in which papers I prove not only that Weiss lied, but that Mickey D. Stallman permitted Weiss's 

perjury and used Weiss's perjured testimony to dismiss my case. 

Sorry, tam the sham, a stock fraud scam, I do not lie. 

And all that Gary Weiss can do is lie. 

By the way, did Weiss forge those papers that his girlfriend submitted to the State Department to obtain an I-Visa? 

Who forged the documents and violated federal law?

was The Honorable Jack Weinstein, who is a true Tzaddik, a man to be honored. 

Judge Weinstein told the many that this did not apply in the United States and ordered him to testify. In essence Judge 

Jack Weinstein stated that this was not the Babylonian Exile. 

That is the difference between Judge Jack Weinstein and Robert Morgenthau. One is a true Tzaddik, a man to be 

respected. The other is a fraud. 

So, I suggest that you read the Talmud. 

And before you accuse anyone of bias, remember this fact, that the most destructive war in German history was not 

WW II. It was the Thirty Years War (1618-1648), which was fought between Catholics and Lutherans. 

And Luther hated Jews because they did not follow him. 

So, while Jews were honoring God and learning to read and write, Christians, the followers of a Jew, who desired 

peace, were killing each other over which Christian religion was better. 

So, if you ever wanted to know who is anti-Semitic the answer is Gary Weiss, who can only raise the banner of anti- 

Semitism to defend his lies. 

Weiss knows that Maimonides said that Jews should lead an exemplary life- because they were the chosen of God. 

Instead, Weiss has chosen to lie, cheat and steal to cover up for his misdeeds. 

And if you read the court filings, you shall read how I stood up to Louis Miceli, a member of the Board of the American 

Stock Exchange, who paised Hitler's extermination of the Jews at Auschwitz. No Jew would stand up against Miceli, a 

violent cocaine abuser. Only Manfredonia. I was 6 inches shorter in stature and weighed perhaps 150 pounds to 

Miceli's 190 pounds. Yet, I was the only individual, who stood up to Miceli. 

Arthur Levitt, then Chairman of the American Stock Exchange, refused to fine Miceli- even after Miceli had called me "a 

f--kin' Jew," "a Jew b--tard," etc. 

I stood up to anti-Semitism and Weiss lies about me. 

Just read Maimonides. 

Weiss will lie about anything and smear anyone to cover up his lies.

Hey, Gary Weiss, you are the one who pointed out to me that Robert Morgenthau did not prosecute Bear Sterns 

because of the prominent position that Alan "Ace" Greenberg had as Chairman of the United Jewish Appeal. 

Remember when we discussed that the UJA used to hold its fundraising on the date that Bear Sterns announced its 

bonuses. 

Or that Ace Greenberg wanted to know how much money each of the Bear Sterns partners gave to the United Jewish 

Appeal. 

You said that Morgenthau does not indict certain Jews because of their prominent position. 

You are baiting, Weiss. 

And you are a liar, thief, perjurer, and racist. 

You said that Morgenthau did not prosecute Bear Sterns because of Ace Greenberg. 

So, you can give a list. 

But someone is always going to be prosecuted. 

And what are you going to do, call Sidney Scharnberg an anti-Semite because he wrote that Morgenthau does not 

prosecute his friends. 

Remember how you told me that Stephen Shepard did not wish you to state in the article, Scandal On Wall Street, that 

Morgenthau had picked me up as a favor to the American Stock Exhange. And that the basis was an unsigned 

complaint- when there is no such thing. 

That is just what the Nazis did. Just like Morgenthau they made up the law as they wished.

Let us remember that when Gary Weiss was reporting the A R Baron scandal, Weiss stated that Morgenthau did not 

indict Bear Sterns because of the prominent role that Alan Greenberg and Bear Sterns played in raising money for the 

United Jewish Appeal. 

Weiss stated to me that Morgentahu does not indict his friends, who are Jewish. 

Please note: "his friends who are Jewish." And that is why Morgenthau did not indict Bear Sterns. 

Also, there is a difference between facts and opinion. 

Weiss the Scheiss has an opinion, which Weiss knows to be false- and, therefore, is a lie. Weiss knows that I am not 

an anti-Semite. 

But Weiss is lying about his opinion because I have touched a raw nerve. 

Weiss is a perjurer- and Judge Stallman lied in his decision and permitted Weiss's perjury. That is a fact. 

It is my carefully balanced opinion that Judge Mickey D. Stallman lied and permitted Weiss's opinion because Weiss 

and Stallman are Jewish- and the fact that I have exposed the fact that Weiss lied in published articles to protect 

Jewish criminals, specifically, the killers of Al Chalem and Maier Lehmann. 

Gary Weiss does not state facts. Weiss lies and commits perjury. Weiss uses the psuedonym tamoshanter. Using a 

psuedonym is forbidden to journalists. 

So, Weiss has a hidden agenda. 

But when Weiss quotes facts, Weiss refuses to state that the facts are true. 

Facts are neutral- they are not clouded by opinion. 

Opinion is based on facts. 

And even an unprincipled perjurer like Gary Weiss has stated to me that Morgenthau does not indict his friends, who 

are Jewish. 

It is not that Morgenthau does not indict Jews. 

MORGENTHAU DOES NOT INDICT HIS FRIENDS, WHO ARE JEWISH. 

There is a big difference. 

As for New York State Supreme Court Justices, one of them, Garson, is currently being tried in court for bribery. 

And Clarence Norman was convicted of selling Supreme Court Judgeships in Brooklyn. 

And the Federal Court of Appeals, Second Sircuit, has upheld a ruling that the selction of Supreme Court judgeships 

violates the United States Consitution. 

So, New York State Supreme Court Justices are selected by a corrupt process. 

Weiss, you are a perjurer. 

When shall the lies stop.
