Global input power capabilities of the Briefcase Series<br />
true on-line Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) enables<br />
transportable computer and communications systems to be<br />
used worldwide. The lightweight and compact design of the<br />
1000BRX provides self-contained system protection in an<br />
easy-to-carry, “fl yaway” confi guration.<br />
The Briefcase Series UPS provides maximum fl exibility in<br />
a transportable environment. Built using DRS Universal<br />
Power Systems’ patented Intelligent Voltage Selection<br />
(IVS) circuit combined with a matching isolation transformer,<br />
the 1000BRX confi gures and conditions nominal<br />
100/120/220/240 VAC inputs permitting operations from<br />
domestic, international, and fi eld generator power sources.<br />
The 1000BRX also features a comprehensive status and<br />
diagnostic liquid crystal display (LCD), which provides visual<br />
alarms, load percentage, and battery capacity.
