PERIOD

SINGLE FARM PAYMENT & REGULATIONS
The Landlord will retain the Single Farm Payment.
The Tenant will endeavour to cross comply with all aspects of the Single Farm Payment scheme
while in occupation.
PAYMENT
Payment in full of the rent will be paid to John Amos & Co, prior to the start of the Tenancy.
LICENCES
The Tenant will furnish the Landlord with all relevant movement Licences required while moving stock
to and from the ground.
INSURANCE
The Tenant will insure his own stock against any damage or loss while in occupation.
VIEWING
