There are many forms of prayer –

As followers of Jesus, we recognise certain

patience, kindness, generosity, gentleness,
faithfulness and self control.
Think about the many different ways we
communicate with God.
Create a special prayer for Lent and
decorate to display in the classroom.
Think about the story of Pentecost in
Acts 2. How would you feel if a
person you depended on was
suddenly taken from you? From
where would you gain
strength/courage?
In what ways can we live as Spirit
filled people?
Tennis Classes at Sacred Heart – A flyer went home recently regarding tennis lessons at Sacred Heart – the time
listed was incorrect – lessons are from 8.00am to 8.30am.
Singing and Dancing Opportunities in 2012
The Australian Youth Choir and the Australian Youth Dance Theatre not only give young people the
opportunity to develop their skills within the Performing arts under expert guidance, but the chance to make new
friends and perform in exciting concerts. Our kids work as a team, develop lifelong friendships and have great fun.

There are times when teachers may wish classes to go on a walk in the neighbourhood related to their
unit of study. Please complete the form that will be sent home with each child to give that permission for
your child and return it to the class teacher.
