Subject: Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) alignment after test consolidation into ASE
Malaysia
Description of Change:
Zarlink Semiconductor has consolidated the production testing of our products from various
world-wide locations into ASE Malaysia (ASEM). The intention is to improve our ability to
service our customer through standardization and consolidation into this world class test
contractor.
As a continuous improvement process, Zarlink has now standardized the quantities for Tube,
Tray, and Tape and Reel shipping medium and therefore some minor adjustment to minimum
order quantities (MOQ) are required.
Zarlink considers this to be a minor change.
Reason for Change:
To standardize the shipping medium for all products tested at ASEM.

Application Impact:
There is no impact to the customers’ applications.
