ORDER PROCESSING PROCEDURES

Ordering Procedure:
1) Enterprise or Contractor puts Cloud Kit # (FCC-612, FCC-812, FCC-1012,
FCC1212, FCC1412, FCC1812 or Store Ceiling Only) on the Order Form. The Order
Form instructs the purchaser to contact Armstrong at 1-800-442-4212 Commercial
Ceilings for information on ordering the Cloud Kit.
**Do not fax the order form directly to Armstrong.
2) Upon receiving the call from Enterprise or the Contractor, the Armstrong
Customer Focus Rep will advise them of the procedure to obtain product and the
material cost for the Cloud Kit.
3) The Customer Focus Rep will direct them to the nearest participating local
Armstrong distributor who they will arrange to purchase the material from.
Enterprise or the Contractor should contact the distributor and set up an account
before they fax an order to the distributor.
**Please note that if your Cloud is a custom size and not one of the Cloud Kit
numbers listed above, you will need to submit drawings and signatures will be
required prior to production
4) The invoicing and material payment transactions are made between the
purchaser and distributor at the local level.
