What is The Forum for Expatriate Management?
The FEM was created to be both a virtual and real-time community of global mobility
professionals. Our members use the FEM website (www.TotallyExpat.com) as an
information and news portal as well as to network with their fellow professionals worldwide.
FEM also provides a network of local Chapters where global mobility professionals meet
on a regular basis. We currently have Chapters in London, Thames Valley, Paris, Beijing,
Delhi, New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas/ Fort Worth and Houston. Additional Chapters
are planned in the US, Canada and elsewhere around the world. The Chapters encourage

We have in excess of 4,000 active members in over 90 countries, representing nearly one
million international assignees. In addition to our membership we also distribute monthly
newsletters and reports to nearly 45,000 other global mobility professions. FEM welcomes

The TotallyExpat Global Summit - Program
The Global Summit will consist of a number of elements:

The Plenary Sessions are being developed with leading practitioners and heads of some
of the largest global mobility programs in the UK and Europe. The Case Study Seminars
will be a unique element of The Summit as delegates can join sessions covering a range of
topics according to their interest and hear real-life examples of actual programs. The
speakers for these sessions will be nominated by sponsors and will include customers and
service providers in joint sessions.
The Exhibition Hall will host all refreshment breaks and an informal lunch as well as the
pre-dinner reception. The conference will be organized to ensure that there will be plenty
of opportunities for exhibitors to present and discuss their services with Summit attendees.

The Importance of The EMMAs Award Ceremony

The Judging Panel
The FEM has brought together a distinguished panel of judges drawn from leading figures
from within the global mobility profession who will assess the submissions received against
the criteria set for each Award.
Judges will not be involved in judging a category where their company has entered or
where the judge has a direct or indirect interest in any submission.
Detailed criteria have been set for each category . The criteria for each category has been
assigned a score and the submissions will be judged against each of these criteria. Judging
of The Global Mobility Technology Solution of the Year will also include a review of the
shortlisted software by an independent specialist and a software demonstration.

agents representing the "Company", agree to paid involvement for the services outlined below at the cost specified and in
accordance with the specified Payment/Invoice Details. The Signatory is deemed as being authorised by the "Company"
as having authority to enter into such a contractual agreement. All event bookings and advertising associated with are non
