WORK
EXPERIENCE
Technical Programmer 2003.04-06
Central Nuclear Laguna Verde, Laguna Verde, Veracruz, México
Mexican Nuclear Central Plant
• As a Technical Programmer my tasks were related to providing programming
solutions. I programmed in Pascal and Visual Basic. Using Pascal I
had to computationally solve some physics working requirements, and I developed
ways to obtain information from the large database.
• I dealt with configuring LANs, workstations, network management, and installation
of OSs. Also, I worked on 2/3D CAD industrial designs.
Analyst / Programmer 2000.07-2001.12
Veratech, S.A.
Blvd Fortín de las Flores No. 56, Fortín de las Flores, Ver., México CP 94470
• I participated in the development of systems oriented to internet and e-
business, based on Java for BusinessBots company, in San Francisco, CA,
U.S.A. (2000-2001); I also was consultant and functional and technical assessor
for that American company. I collaborated in the definition of the
Veratech System Development Methodology. I also cooperated on some technologies
based on Opensource for Small and medium businesses. I was involved
too as an Keppler ERP consultant.
• Development technologies applied: Java, HTML, XML, C/C++, VB, Perl.
• OS used:
User- Win98/NT4/2000/XP, Mac OS 9.x, Solaris, RedHat.
Administrator- Solaris, WindowsNT4/2000/XP, RedHat.
• Administrator of: Web Servers, Servlet Containers (JServ, iPlanet), and
CRM and ERP open source software. As well as Network manager of testing
and deployment servers.
Technical SIIP 2000.03-05
Central Nuclear Laguna Verde, Laguna Verde, Ver.
• Workstation operator. Analysis of network data; monitoring SUN servers
sensor system of both reactors.
• Technical support in the Control Room of the Mexican Nuclear Plant Unit 2.
Computer and Systems Area Commissioner, Exchange Department 1998.08-12
Universidad Veracruzana, Xalapa, Ver.
• I optimized some administrator processes.
• I designed a DB system for automatic control of tasks.
RESEARCH
EXPERIENCE
As a part of the program of the PhD Integrated Course of the Graduate School
of Natural Science and Technology, in the Division of Electrical and Computer
Engineering, University of Kanazawa, my research was focused in machine learning
applied to Gene Ontology, specifically in finding “hidden” relationships among
them by using vectors from micro array data.
I also researched in Agents, and proposing a new methodology called “iTwinnig
System”. I also invented a new human-machine interface (having a pending
patent on it).
As a part of the program of the Masters Course of the Graduate School of Natural
Science and Technology, in the Division of Electrical and Computer Engineering,
University of Kanazawa, my research was directed in obtaining better classification
of a Brain Computer Interface. Such classification was based on Fast Fourrier
Transform, inverse FFT, ICA, and Neural Networks techniques.
