Dear Sir/Madam,
1. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the Bid closing date. With respect to the Invitation for
Bid (IFB) referenced above, please be informed that the Bid Closing Date as indicated in the
Bidding Instructions, Paragraph 2.3.1, Bid Delivery and Bid Closing, is hereby extended by 21
days until 14:00 HOURS Central European Time on, Friday 28 October 2011, at which time
and date bidding shall be closed.
2. The NATO C3 Agency would like to inform the Nations and Bidders that this extension will result
in a minor increase to Project Service Costs associated with administrative processing and
coordination. The final delivery of capability to the end users however, will be delayed by a
subsiqunet period corresponding to the Bid extension.
3. Please note that in accordance with Paragraph 2.9 of the Bidding Instructions - Modification and
Withdrawal of Bids - Bidders who have submitted their Bid before receiving the notification of
extension to the Bid Closing Date, have the right to modify or withdraw the Bid, as indicated
therein. Except as provided herein, all other terms and conditions of the Bid documents remain
unchanged.
