What does the registration fee cover?<br />

The registration fee covers all food and beverage from Thursday night through Saturday night. It<br />

also includes all seminars, etc. You should not have any extra expenses except your room and shopping.<br />

Do I have to pay for my spouse or guests?<br />

Yes, if they will be attending any part of the convention or convention meals. The companions registration<br />

also includes the SimCom Pinch Hitter Course, Cooking Class and Fridays Tour & all meals per above.<br />

Do I have to pay the full registration fee if I can only attend a portion of the convention?<br />

Yes, partial fees are very difficult to manage plus we want to encourage members to attend the full<br />

convention.<br />

What if I have to cancel after registering?<br />

If you cancel up to June 14th, you will receive a 100 percent refund. After June 14th, there are no<br />

refunds.<br />

Do I need to rent a car for the convention?<br />

Both Yingling Aviation and the Hilton DoubleTree Hotel provide transportation between the airport and<br />

hotel. A rental car should not be necessary.<br />

When is the best time to arrive & depart the convention?<br />

You should arrive at the convention on Wednesday or no later than early Thursday morning if you wish to<br />

make the Erik Eliel Radar Seminar beginning at 10:30am on Thursday morning. If you are not attending<br />

the Thursday Radar Seminar you should arrive prior to the opening reception at the DoubleTree that starts<br />

at 6:30pm. The best time to depart is on Sunday so you can see all of the seminars on Saturday and attend<br />

the farewell dinner.<br />

What is the dress code for the convention?<br />

The dress code is country club casual for the entire convention. Coats are not required. Long pants<br />

and golf or dress shirts for men. Casual for the companions.<br />

What should I expect if attending the TTCF Fly-In Convention?<br />

The TTCF Fly-In Convention is being organized by Bill Alberts who has been organizing airplane owner<br />

group conventions for almost 20 years. You will be impressed with the quality of the seminars, tour, social<br />

events, and organization of the total event. Every little detail is well planned in advance and those that<br />

attend the convention will certainly want to return in the future. Many new friendships are made at the<br />

conventions by both the pilots and companions.<br />

Will my companion have planned activities?<br />

TTCF is planning many activities for the companions during the convention. For those companions<br />

attending, please look at Pages 5-6-7 in the brochure for the Companions activities and suggested<br />

highlights.<br />

Do I have to belong to TTCF to attend the convention?<br />

Yes, you must belong to TTCF to attend the annual convention. You can join TTCF by going to the website<br />

at www.twincessna.org.<br />
