StoryCorps is the nonprofit oral history project that's traveling the country, recording conversations between friends and loved ones. StoryCorps<br />

began regular broadcasts on public radio in 2005, and in 2010, we started animating some of our best-loved radio stories. This special is a collection<br />

of animated shorts about love-love that is unconditional, life-changing, enduring and inspiring. These stories will leave a lasting impression. The<br />

pledge event is hosted by Dave Isay, the founder and creator of StoryCorps.<br />

10:30pm Easy Yoga for Easing Pain <br />

Based from her home in Peterborough, New Hampshire, Easy Yoga for Easing Pain will feature Peggy both explaining and demonstrating why yoga<br />

can effectively alleviate the pain in painful joints. And to further reinforce the value of incorporating yoga as part of daily living, we will track five or six<br />

individuals whom Peggy has been working <strong>with</strong> to see first hand how her program has affected the quality of their lives. As part of the program,<br />

viewers will also be a fly on the wall in one of Peggy's jam-packed yoga classes. These classes include men and women from all walks of life and all<br />

ages -- teens to octogenarians. Peggy will also address larger lifestyle considerations for those dealing <strong>with</strong> pain. According to Peggy, "Yoga is only<br />

part of the healing process. Our sedentary lifestyles and poor eating habits are also fanning the flames of joint pain, and research shows that these<br />

factors can greatly exacerbate the pain in problem joints." As an instructor who walks the walk, Peggy will discuss how some of the simplest changes<br />

can make a positive and lasting impact on your daily life, and she is living proof. She will also demonstrate some of the easy changes that can be
