obtained on payment of ` 100/- each. The EMD for each property is 10% of Reserve Price.
2. Tenders/Offers in prescribed form for above properties shall be submitted in sealed cover
alongwith Bank Draft/Pay Order for the EMD in favour of Abhyudaya Co-op. Bank Ltd., to
the Authorised Officer on or before 03.11.2012 upto 1.00 p.m. at above address and the
same will be opened on 05.11.2012 at 11.00 a.m. at Abhyudaya Co-op. Bank Ltd.,
K.K.Tower, Abhyudaya Bank Lane, Off. G. D. Ambekar Marg, Parel Village,
Mumbai – 400 012.
3. Tenders quoted above the reserve price will only be considered. Tenderer can increase their
offers on opening tenders, in bid.
4. The Mortgagor(s) / Borrower(s) / Guarantor(S) may bring prospective bidders/offerers and
may also remain present at the time of opening of Tenders on 05.11.2012 at 11.00 a.m.
5. The Successful bidder should deposit 25% of the sale price immediately at the time of sale
and balance 75% amount within 15 days from confirmation of sale failing which the Bank
shall forfeit the amount already paid by the successful bidder.
6. Secured Creditors do not take responsibility for any
errors/omissions/discrepancy/shortfall etc in the secured Assets or for procuring any
permissions etc or for the dues of any authority established by law.

7. Statutory dues like property Tax, Society Dues, Electricity dues, Municipal Taxes etc,
and any other dues if any to be ascertained and borne by the tenderers/ offerers.
8. The Authorised Officer reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and/ or postpone the date
and time of opening the tenders or sale confirmation, without giving any reason thereof.
9. The Inspection of property will be made available on 15.10.2012 from 11.00 a.m to 4.00
p.m.
10. This publication is also Statutory Notice of 30 days to the borrowers/owners of the above
