RPWA team
Our team was shaped in time, through the
passion for our work and a better of the needs
currently existing in the social, medical and
educational services field, necessary for our
beneficiaries.
Our team has members as diverse as the
problems they must approach. We have people
with brilliant ideas, people able to motivate,
people who create and maintain hope, who
listen to patients’ problems with empathy,
people who build well structured strategies to
ease the suffering of those around us and
to develop services necessary for rare disease
patients.
But they are all animated by the same wish
– to tell the story of “rare people and rare
diseases”, to energetically and enthusiastically
call upon all those to wish and are able to
become involved in improving the life of
people.
Arion Camelia: In times of ongoing changes, we
managed to demonstrate that ordinary people
obtain extraordinary results when they gather
together around certain values and follow the
same goal. Their enthusiasm and commitment,
alongside their availability to learn, to evolve
and to collaborate, shaped the beautiful story
known as NoRo.
Băican Cosmina: Ever since I have been part
of RPWA team, I have learned that it is important
to do our work with passion and commitment,
to believe in what we do and the results
achieved so far are an impulse to keep going!
Brazdău Maria: I have learned, worked and had
success alongside those we represent.
Breban Florica: It is extremely pleasant to work
in an association such as RPWA, fighting for
the good of those affected by rare diseases,
together with a young team that works so
well and hard in an environment based on
friendship and mutual support.
Dan Dorica: 2010 has been the year to strengthen
the RPWA team. I believe that RPWA members
are our ambassadors which is why we
should treat them as such – for their role
within the team and the message they convey
to the community.
Dan Oana: “The difference between school and
life? In school, you learn a lesson, and then
you give a test. In life, you’re given a test
that teaches you a lesson.” In this year I tried
to do what I had learned and I had good colleagues.
Dan Tiberiu: “The best way to appreciate your
job is to imagine what it’s like without one.”

I do not know how I’d imagine 2010 without
the daily “stress” related to the construction
of the Pilot Center … I would repeat any time
over again and I do not regret anything… it
