The manager of Scorpio reported to the ReCAAP Focal Point (Singapore) that on 13 Sep 12 at or<br />

about 2300 hrs (local time), Scorpio was anchored at location 01° 13.27’ N, 103° 34.46’ E when six<br />

masked robbers boar<strong>de</strong>d the tanker. The robbers tied all crew and or<strong>de</strong>red the master to weigh<br />

anchor and proceed to anchor at another location at 01° 14.84’ N, 103° 27.94’ E between 0100 hrs<br />

and 0130 hrs on 14 Sep 12. When at the location, another tanker, Sea Ja<strong>de</strong> came alongsi<strong>de</strong> Scorpio.<br />
