<strong>EasyCal</strong> is a complete family of<br />

rugged, compact, accurate, simulators<br />

for the most common process signals.<br />

No other instrument is easier to be<br />

This series includes five different<br />

models:<br />

<strong>EasyCal</strong> mA: 0/22mA current loop<br />

simulator (built in 24Vdc power<br />

supply).<br />

<strong>EasyCal</strong> Tc: Thermocouple<br />

simulators.<br />

Available for Tc type K, J or T.<br />

<strong>EasyCal</strong> Rtd: Resistance<br />

thermometer simulators Pt100<br />

( =0.00385). Models with -200 to<br />

800°C and -10 to 250°C ranges.<br />

<strong>EasyCal</strong> pH: Glass electrode<br />

simulator from 0 to 14pH with high<br />

impendence 1000M<br />

test.<br />

<strong>EasyCal</strong> PS: 24Vcc current loop<br />

power supply.<br />

<strong>UniCal</strong> V, mA, Tc, and Rtd are<br />

instruments designed to meet the<br />

needs of instrumentation and Quality<br />

engineers and managers both in<br />

laboratory and in field work. The<br />

ranges are the most common used to<br />

check and calibrate process<br />

instruments.<br />

The <strong>UniCal</strong> is accurate, rugged and<br />

easy to use. These instruments have<br />

five operational mode: Generator,<br />

Simulator, Indicator, Indicator on<br />

powered circuits, 24 Vdc Current loop<br />

power supply.<br />

<strong>UniCal</strong> MMX2 is a palm-top<br />

multimeter-calibrator with 15 functions<br />

in one rugged and compact 2 channels<br />

unit.<br />

Simultaneous simulation and measure<br />

indication. It include a standard<br />

AC+DC multimeter and a calibrator for<br />

Voltage, Current and frequency.<br />

A complete system for testing,<br />

measuring and calibrating on a single,<br />

compact, portable unit. You can select<br />

between 14 type of thermocouple,<br />

Pt100, Ni100 and Ni120, mV, V, mA,<br />

Ohm.<br />

<strong>MicroCal</strong> 1+ MAV, 1 or 2 simultaneous<br />

channels calibrator for process<br />

signals (mA and V).<br />

<strong>MicroCal</strong> 1+ , multifunction calibrator<br />

for thermocouples, resistance<br />

thermometers, mV and mA. Its<br />

basic accuracy is 0.03% of reading.<br />

<strong>MicroCal</strong> 1 I.S. , Similar characteristics<br />

of <strong>MicroCal</strong> 1+ but with intrinsic<br />

safety EEx ia IIC T6 approval.<br />

<strong>MicroCal</strong> 2+, high accuracy calibrator<br />

(0.02% of rdg). Two insulated<br />

channels for simultaneous<br />

simulation and measure on TRX<br />

calibration.<br />

<strong>MicroCal</strong> multifunction calibrators are<br />

the instruments to keep your test and<br />

process equipment adequately<br />

calibrated for ISO9000 compliance.<br />

They are portable very high accuracy,<br />

with 2 independent and insulated<br />

simultaneous channels. Compact,<br />

rugged, easy to use and expandible,<br />

they allow you to simulate and<br />

measure: mV, V, mA (active and<br />

passive loop), ohm, thermocouples,<br />

resistance thermometers, frequency<br />

and pulse.<br />

All 3 models can be connected to the<br />

pressure module <strong>MicroCal</strong> PM200 to<br />

add them the pressure generation<br />

and measure capability. Using the<br />

CalpMan Plus PC software and the<br />

<strong>MicroCal</strong> T temperature calibrators, it<br />

is possible to have a true calibration<br />

and certification system for<br />

thermocouple and resistance<br />

thermometers. The 3 models are<br />

different for their accuracy and for the<br />

available accessories.<br />

<strong>MicroCal</strong> PM200 is a true universal<br />

signal & pressure calibrator with builtin<br />

pump. This pressure module<br />

designed to expand the <strong>MicroCal</strong><br />

200/200+ and <strong>MicroCal</strong> 2000+<br />

calibrators. Connecting this module to<br />

the signal calibrator you are able to<br />

measure and generate gauge,<br />

differential, vacuum, and absolute<br />

pressure simultaneously with signal<br />

measurements.<br />

The <strong>MicroCal</strong> PM200 portable<br />

calibration System is the most<br />

advanced, powerful and user friendly<br />

indicator-simulator available.<br />

To simplify your calibration activity and<br />

for more accuracy, the module can be<br />

furnished with 2 internal pressure<br />

sensors (2 and 20 bar f.s.), Internal<br />

hand pump, ventilation valve and fine<br />

adjustment. One external sensor can<br />

be connected for high pressure<br />

measurements.<br />

<strong>MicroCal</strong> PM200 System is the ideal<br />

calibrator to inspect, calibrate all<br />

process instruments and in particular<br />

the pressure and signal transmitters.<br />

An important feature is the internal<br />

power supply (24 Vdc) able to connect it<br />

directly to a passive current loop.<br />

<strong>MicroCal</strong> P Zero : It uses an integrated<br />

sensor made in stainless steel and<br />

can be used to measure all AISI316<br />

compatible fluids. The <strong>MicroCal</strong><br />

Pzero includes an auxiliary Voltage<br />

and current input for in field<br />

transmitters calibration. Internal<br />

procedure for pressostat cheks and<br />

leak test are standard features.<br />

<strong>MicroCal</strong> P is a rugged instrument and<br />

can measure static and differential<br />

pressure of air and inert gases<br />

within the range from vacuum to 20<br />

bar. Flexibility is assured by<br />

interchangeable pressure modules<br />

from 20 mbar up to 20 bar f.s.. This<br />

allow you the best accuracy and<br />

resolution in each range in a single<br />

instrument. Internal procedure for<br />

pressostat cheks and leak test are<br />

included.<br />

<strong>MicroCal</strong> P2 has the same<br />

specifications as <strong>MicroCal</strong> P but<br />

with additional signal input for<br />

transmitter signals (0 - 20V and 0 -<br />

22mA) reading.<br />

A wide range of manual pump are<br />

available to generate vacuum and<br />

pressure up to 700 bar.<br />

<strong>MicroCal</strong> P100 has been designed<br />

for industrial world requirements, in<br />

which characteristics such as<br />

compactness, ruggedness and<br />

reliability, are very important, as well<br />

as accuracy, linearity, and stability.<br />

<strong>MicroCal</strong> P100 is composed by a<br />

very compact digital indicator using a<br />

stainless steel 17-4 sensor and one<br />

integrated pump for generating<br />

pressure. The available ranges are:<br />

0-2 bar, 0-50 bar, 0-100 bar, 0-250<br />

bar and 0-350 bar. Ranges up to<br />

1000bar are available on request.<br />

<strong>MicroCal</strong> P100IS has similar<br />

specification as <strong>MicroCal</strong> P100, and it<br />

is certified for Intrinsic Safety EEx ia<br />

IIC T5 applications.<br />

Temperature represents the most<br />

important parameter to be monitored<br />

when we have to satisfy requirements,<br />

such as Quality, operating safety, and<br />

industrial process reliability. When<br />

being installed in a process,<br />

thermocouples, resistance<br />

thermometers, and every other kind of<br />

temperature sensors, are subjected to<br />

mechanical, chemical and thermic<br />

stresses, which accelerate their<br />

ageing. So, it is better to verify and<br />

certify every sensor at regular time<br />

intervals.<br />

A wide range of standard and special<br />

metallic inserts is available to satisfy<br />

all calibration requirements.<br />
