CTBA Magazine Update<br />

The September 2008 issue of <strong>Cal</strong>ifornia Thoroughbred, the official publication of<br />

the <strong>Cal</strong>ifornia ThoroughbredBreeders Association (CTBA), is on the verge of<br />
