This supplement forms part of and should be read in the context of and together with the Prospectus
dated 7 March 2013 and as supplemented from time to time (the “Prospectus”). Investors should refer to
the Prospectus for full information and terms defined therein have the same meaning in this document
unless otherwise defined herein.

December 2010 governing undertakings for collective investment.
