LaShunda Davenport often
receives praise from Fairfield owners
for her terrific efforts at
resolving their issues.
“I think one of LaShunda’s strongest attributes is her
follow-through,” says Kim Thompson,Vice President of Title
& Deeding.“She tries her best to help customers even
when it is outside of her area of responsibility, and follows
up until the task is completed.”
With her strong work ethic and values, it isn’t difficult
to see why LaShunda has become such a valued member
of the Fairfield family. She started her career with Fairfield
in 1998 at Fairfield’s Little Rock headquarters.When plans
were announced to relocate the Little Rock office to
Orlando, LaShunda felt as if part of her family was leaving
as well. She decided to transfer to Orlando, where she was
instrumental in staff training and office development for
her department.
LaShunda continued to excel into 2002, when she was
assigned the company’s new St.Thomas properties and
developed the current owner database for St.Thomas. A
year later, she was promoted to Title Coordinator due to
her strong customer service and leadership skills.
“LaShunda’s willingness to consistently go above and
beyond makes her a leader among her peers and an invaluable
resource to our owners,” Kim says.
LaShunda adds,“Fairfield has been great to me. I look
forward to continuing to grow with the company.” d
