Dear Mr. Lansky:
I am writing this email in response to your email dated June 22, 2012. As stated in paragraph six of
Doron’s proposal Cover Letter, “The systems proposed herein, meet the Product Specifications.”
Accordingly, in the event that any of the three proposed Doron systems are selected by Nashville Fire
Department, the simulator driving position will mimic a Class 7/8 vehicle with automatic transmission and
with West Coast Style Mirrors.
I hope this is satisfactory and if you have any additional questions, please contact me. My direct telephone
number is 607 772 0478 ext. 311 and my email address is ldemayo@doronprecision.com.
Sincerely Yours,
Lawrence,
I have been reviewing the bids. In your bid you specify a specific model. The minimum specification for the Cockpit is
below. Does the model that you propose in your bid mimic the specification of the cockpit?
“Minimum Specifications the Nashville Fire Department will accept.
Cockpit***: Mimic an International 4700 Cab/Chassis and/or Class
7/8 vehicle with automatic transmission with West
Coast Style Mirrors. ***Nashville Fire Department uses
1
the International 4700 Cab for most of its fire
apparatus”.
I do not see this in the bid, if this specification is not met you are non‐ responsive.
Please let me know if I have missed something.
