Activities The principal activities of the Company in the course of the financial period ended 30th September 2007 were the promotion and management of the game of football throughout Northern NSW. 3. Results The net result of operations was a profit of $322,885 (2006 profit $430,567 ) The Concise Financial Report is presented in Australian Dollars. 4. Review of Operations For the 2007 Financial year a net profit of $322,885 was generated from $3,936,814 in revenue and $3,613,929 in expenditure. Profitability was primarily due to an increase in player numbers of 7.4% on last year’s participation and continued improvements of operating expenditure. 5. Significant Changes There have been no significant changes in the activities conducted by the Company in the year under review. 6. Events Subsequent to Balance Sheet Since the end of the financial year the Directors are not aware of any matters or circumstances not otherwise dealt with in the report or accounts that has significantly or may significantly affect the operations of the Company, the results of those operations or the state of affairs of the Company in subsequent financial years.
