<strong>2007</strong> <strong>Annual</strong> General Meeting NOTICE is hereby given that the <strong>Annual</strong> General Meeting of the Members<br />
of <strong>Northern</strong> <strong>NSW</strong> <strong>Football</strong> Limited will be held at the Travelodge Newcastle City Hotel,<br />
King Street, Newcastle on Saturday, 1st December, <strong>2007</strong> at 3.00 pm.<br />
Business To Be Transacted<br />
1. Apologies.<br />
2. Confirmation of Minutes:<br />
(i) 2006 AGM<br />
(ii) <strong>2007</strong> EGMs (22 July and 5th September <strong>2007</strong>)<br />
3. To receive and consider the <strong>Report</strong> of the Chairman.<br />
4. To receive and consider the Directors’ and Auditor’s <strong>Report</strong>s<br />
for the period ending 30th September <strong>2007</strong>.<br />
5. Election of Directors (scheduled for 2008)<br />
6. Life Membership<br />
7. To transact any business that may be transacted at an <strong>Annual</strong> General Meeting<br />
to which due notice has been given – Nil.<br />
