should be the principle values encouraging the use of new technologies <strong>to</strong> deliver or enh<strong>an</strong>ce<br />
instruction. The pursuit of technology, for the sake of technology itself, c<strong>an</strong> become a<br />
deterrent for developing hum<strong>an</strong> <strong><strong>an</strong>d</strong> fiscal resources <strong><strong>an</strong>d</strong> c<strong>an</strong> impede the mission of<br />
institutions <strong><strong>an</strong>d</strong> their capacity <strong>to</strong> meet the needs of all students.<br />
