and sweet orange peel, bring out the spiciness of the rye and<br />
round out the soft sweetness of the beer.<br />
I’m not a huge fan of Oktoberfest-style fall<br />
seasonals, and this is a great departure.<br />
It might be my new favorite fall beer.<br />

In our hometown in 1965 Muhammad Ali won the world<br />
heavyweight title with a knockout blow some consider a<br />
“Phantom Punch”. As our tribute to that fight, this big flippin’<br />
stout packs a wallop of its own, with a ghostly hint of cocoa nibs<br />
and vanilla beans.<br />
I’ll definitely be enjoying more than a few of these<br />
during the long New England winter ahead.<br />
