RESOLUTION
WHEREAS Almighty God in His infinite wisdom has called from our midst,
Dorothy Molloy
born into time January 13, 1931
passed into eternity March 26, 2000, and
WHEREAS Dorothy Molloy (nee Priestley) was the dearly beloved wife of the late Robert G. Molloy,
and
WHEREAS Dorothy Molloy was the devoted mother of Patricia, Mary Ellen (Timothy) O’Boyle,
Dorothy, Jane Hough, Erin, Robert (Rita), Margaret (Mark) Wiencek, Thomas, James and John, and
WHEREAS Dorothy Molloy was the cherished grandmother of Denny, Meghan, Cara, Thomas, Michael,
Ellie, Jimmy, Kristen, Christina and Robert, and
WHEREAS Dorothy Molloy was the fond sister of Thomas (Helen) Priestley, Jack (the late Audrey)
Priestley and Kathryn (the late John) McKevitt, and
WHEREAS Dorothy Molloy was a fond aunt and great-aunt to many nieces and nephews, and
WHEREAS all who knew her will attest that Dorothy Molloy was a kind and caring woman, generous in
spirit, virtuous in character, who dearly loved her family and received much love in return, now
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of Cook County, that the Board
hereby expresses its deepest sorrow and extends its most heartfelt sympathy to the loved ones and many
friends of Dorothy Molloy, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this text be spread In Memoriam upon the Official Proceedings of
this Honorable Body, and a suitable copy of same be provided to the family of Dorothy Molloy, that her
memory may be so honored and ever cherished.

Matthew (Terry), JoAnn (Al) Seidel, Timothy C.F.D. (Karen), Marty (Kathy) and Patrick (Bridget), and
WHEREAS Anthony Botica was the cherished “Dida” of Joey Lynn, Gianna, Matthew, Ashley, Michael,
Anthony, Michael, Matthew, Kaitlyn, Samantha, Christopher, Charlie, Jacie, Kayla, Payton, Patrick,
Marti and Danie, and
