The Sonoca ® Ultrasonic-Aspirator/ Dissector is a compact 

device with integral aspiration and irrigation systems. 

Unique device, that offers min. 3 working frequencies for conventional 

dissection (25 kHz, 35 kHz), as well as one increased frequency 

(55 kHz) for the use of ultrasonic-scissors. 

The Sonoca ® -family offers multiple and interdisciplinary 

use for

The Söring system operates with high precision ceramic discs (PZT- 

Transducers) within the handpiece. Those convert electrical input to 

mechanical output with almost 100% efficiency to generate ultrasonic 

vibration and create oscillation at the probe-tip (sonotrode). 

No thermal energy is generated and so no cooling system is required, 

therefore handpieces can be continuously used with restricting the 

level of operating power output. 

Sonoca ® is selective; its function is to simultaneously fragment, 

emulsify and aspirate* parenchyma tissue and fat at the immediate 

point of contract with the probe-tip while leaving all other tissue intact. 

The elasticity in the cell structure of connective tissue, vessels and 

nerve sheaths suffer no damage. Thus Sonoca ® greatly assists the 

surgeon to isolate vessels and minimize blood loss. 

With its variety of handpieces, each developed for a specific field of 

application, Sonoca ® is recognized as the most advanced device of its 

kind and as standard equipment. 

Minimal-invasive operations can also be carried out with several different 

instruments.

Das Söring System arbeitet mit hochpräzisen Keramikscheiben (PZT- 

Transducer). Diese setzen die Sondennadel (Sonotrode) in Schwingungen. 

Durch entsprechende Anordnung dieses Systems erzeugt der 

Sonoca ® Ultraschall-Schwingungen fast ohne Verlustleistung. Der 

Sonoca ® kann daher auf eine Kühlung der Handstücke verzichten, entsprechend 

hoch ist die Leistungsausbeute; Dauerbetrieb ist jederzeit 

möglich. 

Bei der selektiven Gewebeabtragung von Parenchym- und Fettgewebe 

wird mit dem Sonoca ® per Fußschalter in einem Vorgang desintegriert, 

emulgiert und abgesaugt*. Collagenstrukturen bleiben erhalten; 

Nerven und Gefäßbahnen werden geschont. 

Mit ständiger Erweiterung der Applikatoren wird Söring mit seinen 

Gerätevarianten allen Anforderungen gerecht. 

Minimal-Invasive Eingriffe können mit den unterschiedlichsten 

Instrumenten ebenfalls durchgeführt werden.
