<strong>Hose</strong> Reels<br />
Constructed in heavy gauge 304 stainless steel and other noncorroding<br />
materials the SS <strong>Hose</strong> reels are designed for use in harsh,<br />
corrosive environments or where hygiene is of primary importance.<br />
They are ideally suited to washdown applications in food processing<br />
and chemical manufacturing and should also be specified for<br />
offshore and marine applications where salt spray rules out the<br />
possibility for the use of standard steel hose reels.<br />
Features include double supported axles, 304 SS construction, four<br />
direction non-snag roller guides, latching of hose at any length,<br />
fully automatic hose rewind, externally mounted full flow swivel for<br />
maximum product delivery and a multi position roller arm<br />
gives full range of mounting options. See page 61<br />
Rubber <strong>Hose</strong><br />
The range of rubber hose offered by FHS covers the complete<br />
spectrum, including suction and delivery hose and applications from<br />
steam and food through to Oil and Chemicals. They have pressure<br />
ratings up to 20 Bar and come in lengths up to 100m. See pages 84<br />
to 88 for the Rubber <strong>Hose</strong> Chapter in the catalogue.<br />
We also have specialist pre made rubber hose assemblies for the Milk<br />
and Brewers industry.<br />
These come with hygienic fittings as part of the assembly.<br />
