Bauers<br />
FHS Bauer Couplings are constructed from high quality galvanised steel.<br />
They are ideally used for water and suction pumps especially for irrigation<br />
and sewage tanker applications.<br />
They are good for many heavy duty applications. See page 77<br />
Bolt Clamps<br />
FHS Bolt Clamps are constructed from low carbon mild<br />
steel and finished with a zinc plating. Stainless Steel<br />
clamps are also available. Each clamp has its size<br />
range stamped in millimetres on the band, for ease of<br />
identification.<br />
Bolt Clamps are stronger than the alternative wormdrive<br />
clips, able to withstand greater pressures, whilst being<br />
completely reusable. They can be used for the secure<br />
attachment of fitting to many types of hose, including<br />
PVC, Rubber, silicone etc. See page 80<br />
Hi Vac <strong>Assemblies</strong><br />
FHS Hi Vac is manufactured from heavy duty transparent, flexible<br />
P.V.C. and reinforced with a high tensile wire helix, accurately<br />
pitched and positioned to give excellent resistance to pressure,<br />
vacuum, abrasion and accidental crushing; resistance is sustained<br />
over a wide temperature range.<br />
Hi-Vac retains its flexibility at low temperature and has a smooth<br />
bore for reduced flow resistance. Hi-Vac is manufactured in food<br />
grade material and is also available in a blue oil resistant version.<br />
FHS also make Hi Vac <strong>Hose</strong> <strong>Assemblies</strong> to suit your specific<br />
application with Triclover, BSPT or Cone Female fittings at each<br />
