As a result of the Interview held on 18.05.2012 for the post of Loco Expert for
Malaysia Project at IRCON’s Corporate Office, C-4, District Centre, Saket, New Delhi, the

Accordingly, all the selected candidates (except Sl. No. 7) are advised to report to
the Asstt. Manager/ HRM/ FE, Corporate Office at C-4, District Centre Saket, New Delhi –
110017 on any working day on or before 26.06.2012 and Shri Om Prakash is advised to
report on or before 21.07.2012 with following documents for completing pre-departure
formalities.
‣ Original Valid Passport, together with one photocopy thereof. Please ensure that
passport should be valid for at least five years;
‣ Twelve passport size photographs (with Blue background) with 80% focus on face;
‣ Five passport size photographs (with White background) with 80% focus on face;
‣ Two attested copies of Date of Birth Certificate (In English language);
‣ Two attested copies of only highest academic and technical qualification/ Diploma (In
English language); and
‣ Self attested copy of Service-certificate and Pay-Pension-Order (PPO).
Letter of appointment is being sent to the selected candidates.
