6 AUDIT COMMITTEE
The Audit Committee comprises four members, all of whom are independent non-executive directors. The members of
the Committee are:

Goh Geok Ling
Goon Kok Loon
The Audit Committee held four meetings since the last directors’ report.
The functions of the Audit Committee are disclosed in the Corporate Governance Report.
The Audit Committee has recommended to the directors the nomination of Deloitte & Touche for re-appointment as
external auditors of the group at the forthcoming AGM of the company.
7 AUDITORS
The auditors, Deloitte & Touche, have expressed their willingness to accept re-appointment.
