During the financial year ended December 31, 2006, the company declared and paid a first and final tax exempt dividend of $0.25 per ordinary share and a bonus tax exempt dividend of $0.25 per ordinary share on the ordinary shares of the company totalling $135,354,000 in respect of the financial year ended December 31, 2005. Subsequent to December 31, 2006, the directors of the company proposed a first and final tax exempt dividend of $0.25 per ordinary share and a bonus tax exempt dividend of $0.25 per ordinary share for the financial year just ended on the ordinary shares of the company.
