Registration Conditions
All conference participants (delegates, speakers, sponsors and industry representatives) must be registered and have a correct
name badge. Due to insurance requirements, there can be no ‘shared’ registrations. Delegates not able to attend for the full
conference should register for day rates only.
Registration Procedures
Please note that the registration form is a TAX INVOICE.
Include payment with the registration form (if paying by cheque) or follow the electronic deposit instructions. Please use your
surname as a reference.
Once payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation letter and Official Tax Receipt.
Registration Categories
Early Bird: all registration forms and payments must be received prior to close of business on Monday, 15 July 2013.
Standard: all registration forms and payments must be received prior to close of business on Saturday, 31 August 2013.
Late: for any registration forms and payments received on or after Sunday, 1 September 2013.
Full Registration: This rate includes all conference materials, daytime catering for the duration of the conference, participation in
field trip/workshop options, one ticket to the welcome reception and one ticket to the Gala Conference Dinner.
Community Rate: This rate is available for delegates who are representing a volunteer based community organization.
Agency Rate:
Student Rate:
This rate is for delegates from government departments, local government representatives and industry
organizations.
This registration option is for full-time students only. The student rate includes participation in the field
trips/workshops but does not include entry into the Welcome Reception or the Gala Dinner. Please attached a
scanned copy of your student card when forwarding your completed registration form.
Day Registrations:
· Day registration prices for “Community, Agency, Student or Presenters” do not include entry to social events. These
tickets can be purchased separately on the registration form.
· Day registration on Saturday, 28 September, 2013 does include participation in field trips/workshops.
· All conference materials and daytime catering is included on the chosen day of registration.
Registration Conditions
· Payment is required to confirm registration and is due at the time your completed registration form is received.
· One registration form with payment must be received per attending delegate.
· Cancellations made before 1 August 2013 receive a full refund less an administration fee of $30.
· Cancellations made before 31 August 2013 receive a 70% refund.
· Cancellations received from the 1 September 2013 do not receive a refund unless due to exceptional circumstances,
determined by event managers.
· Substitutions may be made at any time at no cost.
· All approved refunds will be processed post event to be received by Friday, 11 October 2013.
