Automatic stirrup-bender, straightener and 3-D double bending machine Four in one Pluristar innovation: 3-D bending system – a complete solution for perfection A new 3-D bending system allows production of three-dimensional stirrups Pluristar offers a huge plus in addition to its distinction as an automatic stirrup-bender, straightener and double bending machine: it has a new 3-D bending system. As well as producing stirrups and bars with substantial bending, it is now possible to produce three-dimensional stirrups in any shape imaginable. Its sturdy steel structure consists of two bending machines, which run independently of each other and which allow fully automatic bending of mesh. A variety of shapes and bending angles are possible: square, rectangular and triangular shapes and open shapes with 90° to 135° angles can be manufactured. Depending on the mesh it is possible to produce cages in a variety of sizes and with different wire diameters. If required, the number of cages to be stacked can also be determined. The Smart BGM is therefore perfectly suited for fully automatic serial manufacturing of cages to be put on storage.
