Among the highlights of
College, Pennant Hills
have been the outstanding
HSC results from the
Class of 2012 which saw
the College ranked 57th
in NSW overall and 6th
best Catholic school in
A team of students were
crowned World
“This year we have been
boosted by the
overwhelming support
from local businesses
because our Family Fun
Day is just as much a
community event as a
school event.”
NWPS Family Fun Day
last year attracted over
1800 people who flocked
to family attractions like
thrilling carnival rides,
international food court,
market stalls and novelty
games.
“Our Family Fun Day is
recognised as an affordable
day out and families from
other schools and
neighbouring areas are
made to feel welcome,”
said Mr McLaren. “It is
this strong sense of
community spirit which
makes our Family Fun
Day such a success.”
work to transform the
future.
excited and working hard
towards the big event. You
will see them out in the
“Such a large scale event
requires long hours of
voluntary work and we
thank parents for their
“Normanhurst West PS
Family Fun Day is our
major school fundraiser
with all profits going
towards improving our
it wouldn’t be possible
without the generous
support we have received
from our local
community.”
