Group, Ian Basser relocated to the UK from Hong Kong, for a period of one year and his costs are included under benefits in kind.<br />
Following his one year secondment to the UK, Ian Basser returned to Australia, resigning from the Board on 16 October 2003. The table<br />
reflects the pro rata remuneration for the period of his directorship.
