Materials: Art. 12 Steinbach Supersport 450 g (550)
natural color 29 and Art. 13 Steinbach Strapaz 200
gr (200) natural color 029, size 3 ½ and 4 ½ knitting
needles, size 4 ½ double-pointed needles.
Gauge: Using size 4 ½ needles, in Pattern st: 20 sts
and 26 rows = 10x10 cm. Using size 3 ½ needles, in
Stockinette st: 25 sts and 33 rows = 10x10 cm. Take time
to check gauge and switch needles if necessary.
Stitches:
Rib pattern: alternately K2 and P2.
Pattern st: work following chart. Only right side rows are
indicated; on wrong side rows, work sts as they appear.
Stockinette st: on right side: knit; on wrong side: purl.

work measures 20 cm. Bind off loosely in Rib pattern.
Sew in sleeves, matching center of sleeve cap to shoulder
seam.

Gauge: 24 Double crochet and 13 rows Double crochet
= 10x10 cm. Take time to check gauge and switch hook,
if necessary.
Stitches: Double crochet, Single crochet
Instructions:
Back: Using Supersport with size 4 ½ needles, cast on
90 (114) sts and work 8 cm in Rib pattern, in the last
wrong side row increasing or decreasing 1 st, = 91-113
sts. Continue working in Pattern st. Beginning after Rib
pattern, for waist shaping decrease 5x1 st at both edges,
every 14 rows. Then increase 5x1 st at both edges, every
10 rows. NOTE: make sure not to work YO at side edges,
when it cannot be decreased. When work measures 56
cm, for armholes bind off 3 sts. Then bind off 1x2 and
1x1 st, every 2 rows. When work measures 74 cm, for
neckline shaping bind off the center 23 (27) sts and work
each half separately. At neck edge bind off 2x4 sts, every
2 rows. When work measures 76 cm, bind off shoulder
sts.

Instructions:
Chain 38 and fasten off with a Slip st. In Double crochet,
work in the round. Chain 3 to replace the first Double
crochet in each row. Fasten off rows with a Slip st in the
3rd chain. When work measures 13 cm, for bag flap
work over 18 Double crochet on back and forth rows.
After finishing 4 rows, shape as follows: 1 Single crochet,
1 Half double crochet, 14 Double crochet, 1 Half double
crochet, 1 Single crochet. Turn work. 2 Slip st in the first
2 sts, 1 Single crochet, 1 Half double crochet, 10 Double
crochet, 1 Half double crochet, 1 Single crochet. Turn
work. Work 2 Slip st on the first 2 sts, 1 Single crochet,
1 Half double crochet, 6 Double crochet, 1 Half double
crochet, 1 Single crochet. Fasten off. Work one row
Single crochet along bag flap, from right to left, do not
turn work, work 1 row Single crochet from left to right.
At side edge of bag work 3 crochet chains, 12 cm each.
Work a plait with the 3 chains, tie a knot in end and
attach the pendant to end. Sew snap below bag flap, then
sew button on bag flap.
