Problem: On windows, all the Luna SA client components report a version number
on installation, and this can be seen afterward by looking in add/remove programs.
For example, you can tell you have SA 4.4.1 client installed and the corresponding
4.4.1 JSP.
The KSP uses an .MSI installer and is not part of the main client install, which uses
install shield. It reports no version number on installation, and when you query
version information in add/remove programs, it reports version 1.0.
Workaround: N/A
Problem: Because of an issue building the AIX version of the Luna SA appliance
software, the version number for some packages may not reflect the actual
distribution. For example, some packages may indicate version 4.4. Rest assured
that if you installed the Luna SA 4.4.1 secure package successfully, the intended
package versions are on your system.
Update: Also found to affect HP-UX builds.
Workaround: N/A
Problem: The Suse AIX PPC cryptoki sample code for ckdemo was never updated
for that platform - it's the same code you get with the x86 Redhat install:
