PGA COACHING SUMMIT OPTIONAL PGA MEMBER WORKSHOPS - Friday 14th September, 2012 TrackMan Workshop Date: Friday 14th September 2012 Facilitator: TrackMan International Staff Members Duration: 8 Hours - commencing at 8.30am Cost: $175* USD or Free for TrackMan University Members * 100% of the workshop fee ($175 USD) can be applied to TrackMan University Annual Membership Fee ($475 USD) – which is a requirement to undertake postworkshop Certification Tests. Following the seminar, attendees should be able to pass the TrackMan University Level I and Level II certification tests. Strength & Conditioning for Coaches Workshop Date: Friday 14th September, 2012 Facilitator: Scott Williams (B. H Sc., G. Dip BA, Adv. Dip. Myo) Duration: 8 Hours – commencing at 8am Cost: $195.00 per person Post-workshop assessment and certification available via e-learning modules at introductory rate of $49.00 per module (normal price $75.00 per module). Includes: • Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea • Workbook & Resource Manual Points: An additional 20 points will be available to course participants Content Summary: • Basic Principles of Strength & Conditioning for Golf • Advanced Principles of Strength & Conditioning for Golf • Physiological Requirements of Golf: Golf-Specific Conditioning • Practical exercises (also supplied in video format) • Course testing and Assessment • Exercise Programming & Prescription for the Novice Golf Athlete • Exercise Programming & Prescription for the Intermediate to Advanced Golf Athlete • Options for post workshop assessment and certification.
