• Heat Exchanger is offered in four models<br />
• All units have threaded S.S. water inlet & outlet nipples.<br />
Models 1000-2000 have 1” nipples.<br />
Model 2500 has 1-1/4”nipples.<br />

• All units 10 feet long<br />
• All milk tubes - 304 S.S.<br />
• Always install water inlet on opposite end of milk entry<br />
pointing downward to force air out & eliminate air pockets.<br />
• Slope units at least 1/16” per ft. up to 3/4” per 10’ section.<br />
• Reduce electrical energy costs up to 30% or more.<br />
• Use eccentric drain for proper discharge drainage<br />
