Martial Arts for Adults<br />
Ages 14-Adult (White-Black Belts). This new class will help<br />
prepare you with the confidence, self-control, respect,<br />
safety and discipline to stay focused and be successful.<br />
We will work on Taekwondo moves such as kicks, blocks<br />
and hand techniques while building character. Shoes<br />
will not be worn during class. Please wear comfortable<br />
clothing and bring a water bottle. Classes will be at the<br />
Village Green East Room.<br />

College and Adult<br />
Ages 18-up. This class is for college students and adult<br />
learners who need a refresher or who were never taught<br />
effective study skills. Cost includes a study book and eight<br />
classes. Classes will be at the Adventure Park Recreation<br />
Facility.<br />
