SUMMER FUN DAYS<br />

These unique day classes involve a different theme. Participants enjoy a<br />

variety <strong>of</strong> activities including arts and crafts, stories, active fun, treats, and<br />

more. Register by one week prior to class date.<br />

Father’s Day Workshop<br />

Date: June 15<br />

Do it for Dad. Father’s Day is just around the corner so bring your child to<br />

design a Father’s Day card and unique gift for Dad.<br />

Down on the Farm<br />

Date: June 22<br />

Spend the day on the “farm” exploring the variety <strong>of</strong> sounds <strong>of</strong> farm<br />

animals. Participants will sing farm songs, make a craft, and play games.<br />

Hooray for USA<br />

Date: July 6<br />

Celebrate our Red, White, and Blue. Children will have fun making a<br />

patriotic craft and enjoying a patriotic snack.<br />

Beach Party<br />

Date: July 13<br />

Children will celebrate all the joys <strong>of</strong> summer at this party. Participants will<br />

be playing outdoor games including water balloon toss, making crafts, and<br />

eating a favorite summer treat.<br />

Razzle Dazzle Color<br />

Date: July 20<br />

Experiment with color as children tye dye a colorfully-designed shirt. One<br />

t-shirt per child provided. Shirt size required upon registering. Then, we<br />

will all scream for ice cream enjoying this summer sweet with toppings.<br />

Somethin’ Fishy<br />

Date: July 27<br />

Explore the world <strong>of</strong> fish through story, crafts, and games. Children will go<br />

“fishing” with hand made fishing poles.<br />

Planes, Trains, and More<br />

All Aboard! From soaring wings to chugging choo-choo’s to turning wheels,<br />

students will participate in crafts and games.<br />

WE LOVE PARENTS, BUT…<br />

Unless otherwise stated, please do not remain in the classroom after your<br />

child is dropped <strong>of</strong>f. Interruptions tend to affect participants’ attention<br />

spans and inhibit the establishment <strong>of</strong> peer relationships. Parents are<br />

welcome to attend their child's first class. Thank you for your cooperation.<br />

Early Childhood<br />

SAFARI ADVENTURES<br />

Put on your pith helmet and grab<br />

your binoculars for a safari around<br />

the world. Spend time together<br />

learning about lions, elephants, and<br />

other exciting animals. Stories,<br />

craft projects, finger plays, and<br />

songs will guide us on this roaring<br />

safari adventure.<br />
