Before proceeding with the action items, the Board President opened the meeting to the
public for any comments and/or questions regarding the action items only. Seeing none,
this segment of the meeting was promptly closed.

Mr. Strillacci made a motion to approve, on the recommendation of the Superintendent, the
following action items:
March 21, 2013 Bill List

Treasurer’s Report

Board Secretary’s Report

Approve the March 21, 2013 bill list in the amount of
$999,675.31.
Approve the March 15, 2013 regular payroll in the amount of
$2,418,317.
Approve the Treasurer’s Report for the month of February 2013.
Approve the Board Secretary’s Report for the month of
February 2013.
Transfer Report #5.1.5 Approve the Transfer Report for the month of February 2013.
Monthly Certification

Approval of HIB Report
#5.1.7
Motion to certify that no major account or fund has been overexpended
in violation of N.J.A.C. 6A:23-2.11(b) as of February
28, 2013, and that sufficient funds are available to meet the
district’s financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal
year.
Approve the March 2013B Harassment, Intimidation, and
Bullying (HIB) Report.

Approve the retirement of Margaret Smith, certified Teacher
Aide at Sandshore School effective July 1, 2013 with
appreciation for twenty-three years of service to the Mount Olive
Township School District.
