MOUNT OLIVE BOARD OF EDUCATIONIN THE TOWNSHIP OF MOUNT OLIVE, COUNTY OF MORRISResolutionAuthorizing Disposal of Surplus PropertyWHEREAS, the <strong>Mount</strong> <strong>Olive</strong> Board of Education is the owner of certain surplus propertywhich is no longer needed for public use; andWHEREAS, the <strong>Mount</strong> <strong>Olive</strong> Board of Education is desirous of selling said surplusproperty in an “as-is” condition without express or implied warranties.NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the <strong>Mount</strong> <strong>Olive</strong> Board of Education, inthe County of Morris, as follows:(1) The sale of the surplus property shall be conducted through GovDeals pursuant toState Contract A-70967/T2581 in accordance with the terms and conditions of theState Contract.
