Regulation 4<br />
Changes to Controls<br />
This regulation applies to anhydrous ammonia as if, at the end of<br />
subclause (b), the expression “.” were omitted and the following<br />
inserted:<br />
“; or”<br />
This regulation applies to anhydrous ammonia as if after, subclause<br />
(b), the following were added:<br />
(c)<br />
in the case of anhydrous ammonia, contained in any<br />
equipment that forms part of any other equipment in which<br />
anhydrous ammonia is used as a refrigerant.<br />
Regulation 9<br />
This regulation applies to the following hazardous substances:<br />
Carbon monoxide<br />
Carbon oxide sulphide (carbonyl sulphide)<br />
Methanamine (methylamine)<br />
Methanamine, N-methyl-, anhydrous (dimethylamine)<br />
Methanethiol (methyl mercaptan)<br />
Silane, tetrafluoro-<br />
Sulphur dioxide<br />
Sulphuryl fluoride<br />
Trimethylamine, anhydrous<br />
as if regulation 9 were omitted and the following substituted:<br />
9. Substances that must be secured<br />
(1) This regulation applies to the following hazardous substances:<br />
Carbon monoxide<br />
Carbon oxide sulphide (carbonyl sulphide)<br />
Methanamine (methylamine)<br />
Methanamine, N-methyl-, anhydrous (dimethylamine)<br />
Methanethiol (methyl mercaptan)<br />
Silane, tetrafluoro-<br />
Sulphur dioxide<br />
Sulphuryl fluoride<br />
Trimethylamine, anhydrous<br />
(2) A hazardous substance to which this regulation applies must,<br />
if left unattended, be secured so that a person cannot gain<br />
access to the substance unless the person has a key or other<br />
