• Create your own unique login! After your initial log in, you<br />

can customize your own <strong>Heritage</strong> <strong>iCliq</strong> ID. See inside for<br />

more details.<br />

• Review your entire account history! With a single click, you<br />

can pull up your account history.<br />

• Keep your budget on track with <strong>Heritage</strong> iMgmt<br />

— your personal financial management tools! Track all your<br />

expenses to see where you’re spending and saving.<br />

• Pay bills through <strong>Heritage</strong> iPay! It’s an easy, secure<br />

and convenient way to pay your bills without ever having to write<br />

a check.<br />

• Customize your Home Page! You can customize your<br />

online banking Home Page by adding, removing and sorting<br />

“widgets.” Multiple widgets display on this page to allow you<br />

to set up a dashboard-style view of your online banking. See the<br />

accounts you want to see and the pertinent information all on a<br />

single screen.<br />

At the top of the page, simply click on the “Configure This<br />

Page” link. Drag and drop or use the “+” to add widgets to your<br />

view or “-” to remove them. You can also drag and drop the order<br />

in which they will appear.<br />

Using Widgets<br />

To modify a widget’s settings, click the “gear” icon on the top<br />

of the screen. To remove a widget, click the red X. To go to a<br />

widget’s full details, click the green arrow.<br />

Log in to <strong>Online</strong> <strong>Banking</strong>:<br />

Account Access and Security<br />

It’s quick and easy to set up your <strong>Heritage</strong> <strong>iCliq</strong> online<br />

banking account:<br />

• Click on the button on the top of our website’s Home Page<br />

“<strong>Heritage</strong> <strong>iCliq</strong>.”<br />

• To begin, go to the top of your screen and click on “Sign up for<br />

<strong>Heritage</strong> <strong>iCliq</strong>!”<br />

• Next you need to read and click to approve the Agreement.<br />

• To set up your account:<br />

- You will be asked for your <strong>iCliq</strong> ID. For your initial visit, this will<br />

be your Member Number. You will then be asked for your Social<br />

Security Number as well as your email address.<br />

- Next, you will be prompted to set up your <strong>iCliq</strong> ID. This must be<br />

between 6 and 12 characters and begin with a letter. Tip: Use a phrase<br />

that you will remember but others will not know.<br />

- You will receive a temporary password. Please save this password<br />

as you will need it the first time you login. After your first login, you<br />

will be prompted to set up your own password which must be 6 to 10<br />

characters. Please see “Important Security Information” in this<br />

brochure for tips on setting strong passwords.<br />

- You will then be asked to establish your Watermark Security Image<br />

and set up your Personal Verification Questions.*<br />

* Please choose answers that you will remember. Incorrectly answering<br />

questions can lead to your account access being disabled.<br />

Sign up for and View e-Statements:<br />

E-Statements is a safe, convenient, free, and “green” option that<br />

allows you to view, download and print your account statements from<br />

our secure online banking platform. Once enrolled, to view your<br />

e-Statements, simply click on the “e-Statement” tab.<br />

To start receiving e-Statements, login to <strong>Heritage</strong> <strong>iCliq</strong> and click on the<br />

“e-Statement” tab and follow the prompts.<br />

You will receive an email notifying you each month when your new<br />

e-Statement is available.<br />

Stop Payments:<br />

The “Stop Payments” tab allows you to stop payment on an<br />

unpaid check or range of checks. You can view “Stop Payments”<br />

previously entered and submit new “Stop Payment” requests. Select<br />

“Stop Payments” from the drop-down menu, then fill in the required<br />

fields and click “Submit”. Fees may apply. Please refer to our Fee<br />

Schedule for details.<br />

Removing or Editing a Stop Payment<br />

You must contact <strong>Hudson</strong> <strong>Heritage</strong> to edit or remove a “Stop<br />

Payment.” “Stop Payment” fees will be automatically deducted in<br />

accordance with the terms of your account.<br />

Viewing Transactions:<br />

The transaction feature shows detailed activity on your account. Transactions<br />

are listed in descending order. You can change the period of time by selecting<br />

the appropriate range next to View Range. You may also switch accounts by<br />

using the drop-down box next to “View Transactions For.”<br />

To view transactions between a specific date range, click on “Search”<br />

located next to the “Current Transactions” and “Download” features.<br />

Transferring Funds:<br />

Making a Transfer<br />

The “Transfers” option allows you to transfer funds between accounts.<br />

From the drop-down menu to the right of the account, choose “Transfers”.<br />

Then, select the accounts to transfer “From” and “To”. Enter the transfer<br />

amount, frequency, and date of the transfer. Click “Submit.”<br />

Pending and Completed Transfers<br />

Select “Pending” to view, edit, or delete a scheduled transfer. “History”<br />

lists all completed transfers.<br />

Transaction Download:<br />

Easily download your account transactions to specific budget and<br />

accounting software. Choose “Download” from the menu to the right<br />

of the accounts on the main page. Select:<br />

• “Account” from the top drop-down box.<br />

• “Download Range” box.<br />

• File/”Download Format” you wish to use.<br />

When finished, click “Submit.” Instructions will appear based on your<br />

computer type and the type of internet browser you are using.<br />

Formats include:<br />

• Microsoft® Money (.OFX)<br />

• Intuit® QuickBooks (.IIF)<br />

• Personal Finance (.QIF)<br />

• Spreadsheet (.CSV)<br />

• Word Processing (.TXT)

Choosing Your Options<br />

Customize your online banking experience!<br />

Personal Options<br />

Personal settings allow you to change your password and create an<br />

easy-to-remember alias for your online banking ID. You also have the<br />

ability to update your personal email address in the event that your<br />

contact information changes.<br />

Account Options<br />

Create easy-to-identify nicknames and descriptions for your accounts<br />

(e.g., Retirement Account, Vacation Account).<br />

Display Options<br />

Other display options let you control how many accounts you view on a<br />

page, the amount of history you view and more!<br />

IMPORTANT SECURITY INFORMATION<br />

REGARDING YOUR COMPUTER<br />

AND PASSWORD:<br />

Passwords. It is important to use strong PIN numbers/passwords.<br />

They should be at least 7 to 9 characters in length, include both<br />

numbers and letters (capital and lower-case) as well as the use of at<br />

least one of the following special characters (!#$%(*)+-/?[\]^_{|}).<br />

Your passwords should also be changed regularly.<br />

Security. You can reduce the possibility of attacks by installing<br />

antivirus, anti-spyware and anti-malware programs on your home<br />

computers. Signature files should be updated by downloading and<br />

installing the updates on a daily basis.<br />

Public Access Computers. Be aware that the use of computers<br />

accessible to the public to access your credit union accounts carries<br />

certain risks as they may be infected with viruses and/or malicious<br />

software such as Trojans and keyloggers.<br />

e-Alerts:<br />

Sign up for alerts! You establish the type of alerts you want to<br />

receive in real time.<br />

You will be able to set up and receive email, text and/or login alerts<br />

for account balances, loan payment due date reminders or when your<br />

paycheck is deposited, and much more.<br />

You can choose any or all of the following alerts:<br />

Event Alerts<br />

• Share certificate maturing<br />

• Incoming electronic deposit<br />

• Electronic withdrawal<br />

• Insufficient funds<br />

• Loan payment balance<br />

Balance Alerts<br />

• Balance “above” amount<br />

• Balance “below” amount<br />

Transaction Alerts<br />

• Debits posted<br />

Item Alerts<br />

• Triggered by check clearings<br />

Security Alerts<br />

• Invalid login<br />

• <strong>Online</strong> banking ID change<br />

• Successful login<br />

• Password change<br />

Personal Alerts<br />

Triggered by calendar date (e.g.,<br />

important dates such as one-time<br />

and re-occurring payments due,<br />

birthdays or anniversaries, and<br />

reminders)<br />

It’s so easy to set up your alerts. Just go into your <strong>Heritage</strong> <strong>iCliq</strong><br />

account and click on the “Options” tab.<br />

To receive text alerts* within the U.S., please provide your cell phone’s<br />

text access information. This includes your cell phone number (note<br />

that you do not have to have a “smart phone”) and may include the<br />

following (please check with your cell phone carrier to be sure):<br />

• AT&T: yourcellnumber@text.att.net**<br />

• Sprint: yourcellnumber@messaging.sprint.pcs.com**<br />

• Straight Talk: yourcellnumber@mms.att.net**<br />

**Where it says “yourcellnumber,” please put in your 10-digit cell number.<br />

<strong>Heritage</strong> <strong>iCliq</strong> is a free service to Members if your online account is accessed at least once within 60 days.<br />

Otherwise, a $5.00 fee will be charged.<br />
