Door-to-door Transportation<br />
Provided for in-district residents only. Leader<br />
will contact participants to arrange pick up<br />
times. Individuals may be assisted by <strong>NWSRA</strong><br />
staff to and from the door of their residence if there<br />
are no other individuals in the van or a second staff<br />
is available. <strong>NWSRA</strong> staff are not permitted to<br />
enter the individuals' residence at any time. <strong>NWSRA</strong><br />
staff may not lift, carry or transport an individuals'<br />
assistive transportation device to any vehicle<br />
other than a <strong>NWSRA</strong> vehicle. See page 5 for more<br />
information on transportation.<br />
