platform for deposit and access to electronic dissertations, sponsored research reports,<br />
research publications and learning objects;<br />
- implemented and staffed 24 hour access to the library – Sun through Thursday;<br />
- guided cooperative efforts to bring the library into full compliance with state efforts<br />
including migration to Endeavor, universal borrowing and improved web access;<br />
- revised format and publication policy for external publication and implemented internal<br />

- secured endorsement from the faculty and revised collection development efforts to move<br />
