platform for deposit and access to electronic dissertations, sponsored research reports,<br />

- implemented and staffed 24 hour access to the library – Sun through Thursday;<br />

- guided cooperative efforts to bring the library into full compliance with state efforts<br />

including migration to Endeavor, universal borrowing and improved web access;<br />

- chaired task force which developed emergency preparedness, disaster plan for library;<br />

- implemented staff development program which included orientation, training, and<br />

workshops on supervision, interpersonal skills, and technical issues;<br />

- helped develop plan and supervised reorganization effort which merged service points,<br />

shifted collection into logical arrangement, reorganized staff, and re-articulated unit<br />
